Qualifications I am an EXTREMLY organized and efficient worker. I am noticeably professional with high quality work and work ethic. I learn new processes at a faster rate than most and am always welcome to learn and evolve to simplify work processes. I am helpful to others, diligent, focused and someone you can always rely on to take on a challenge and I will get it done. Professional Experience ARCADIS 4/2013-Current Invoice Specialist / Financial Project Management o Develop and support efficient processes to increase revenue. o Work with project teams to set up billing terms for their environmental and water projects. o Oversee all financial business of 450-500 projects on a monthly reporting basis. o Responsible for project setups- close outs and all revenue recognition there in. o Run various expense reports and create invoice packages for every project each month. Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield 10/2012-3/2013 Workflow in Marketing Operations o Validate and assign medical products and plans through Siebel and Ifacets. o Using marketing systems, provide prospect and customer analysis o Investigate any discrepancies. Work with sales department to correct. The Bank of New York Mellon 7/2008-11/2011 Senior Reconciliation Associate o Moved billions of dollars under very strict deadlines throughout the day. o Analyzed client instructions for accuracy and authority. o Investigated transactions as needed with the Fed. o Reconciled multiple accounts every day at the end of the day. o Led team of 8 and successfully moved business function from Wall Street to Syracuse, NY.
