• M&M Technology (MMTI) provides contract manufacturing and engineering support services to OEMs nationwide.
• MMTI specializes in low to mid volume manufacturing of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), modular electronic devices, as well as box built and/or panel assemblies. MMTI’s 21,000 sq. ft. headquarter is located near Charlotte, NC.
• MMTI’s major value is in the national distribution of all box build products. Once our system receives the release order, the product is shipped to the destination within a day and our customer receives the Invoice from MMTI.
• MMTI’s intranet operating system is one of the main accomplishments of the company during the last 19 years of operation. From the time a P.O. is received until the product is shipped, starting with Open Sales Order, Open Work Order, Work Order Shortages , Quality Hold Inventory, to any Drop Ship Orders, are all managed through this system.
M & M will be the go to manufacturer for all of our products circuit board production. It makes sense if able to vertically integrate services for our products.

Currently gross revenue is just over 3 million dollars per year. We look forward to the inclusion of the production needs our new technology partners.

Concept: To help AquaLock, SuppressionOne, AmazingLED, and HC Security with product development, production, and distribution.
Value: Close to 20 years of history, custom made MRP system, and NTIP support team. Also lean manufacturing operation with ready to go floor space for new products.
Market: Existing customer base with existing $3M annual sales in PCBA and box build. Adding the above companies as new customers.
Team: Highly experienced staff in manufacturing and distribution.
Need: $800,000.00 over 10 quarters to purchase 25% of share holders shares. Stockholders have agreed to rollup the 75% of their shares to NTIP at the same share price in Phase 3 transaction.
ROI: At least 10% annual increase in stocks of M&M Technology + 8% min. distribution starting the second year.
Exit: This is the base for all the R&D, manufacturing, and Distribution. Exit is not an option.
