June 2020 Dear Parents, Lurpak is a manufacturer of spreadable butter and they have recently reached out to us at Hornsby North to include us in their “Spread Kindness Project”. They are donating small boxes for each family and teacher to take home, and for our canteen to be stocked up for months. The following message from Lurpak: “We, at Lurpak know that the last few months have been tough going for the school community, and for parents in particular. And as the mayhem of the morning rush returns, we want to show our support. With optimism and admiration, it is our pleasure to gift some Lurpak Spreadable butter, in hope that preparing the daily lunches is made that little bit easier. Because if there’s one thing we have learned through all of this, it’s that a little bit of kindness can spread a long way!” Lurpak will drop the butter off to our school on the afternoon of Thursday, 18 th June, to be distributed to families. We will send enough for each family to the classrooms and ask that parents return the slip below if you DO NOT want your child to bring butter home. Dear Parents, Lurpak is a manufacturer of spreadable butter and they have recently reached out to us at Hornsby North to include us in their “Spread Kindness Project”. They are donating small boxes for each family and teacher to take home, and for our canteen to be stocked up for months. The following message from Lurpak:

Lurpak will drop the butter off to our school on the afternoon of Thursday, 18th June, to be distributed to families. We will send enough for each family to the classrooms and ask that parents return the slip below if you DO NOT want your child to bring butter home. Maree Sumpton Principal

LURPAK SPREAD KINDNESS PROJECT

IS COMING TO OUR SCHOOLI

Parents, what absolute heroes! We, at Lurpak know that the last few months have been one wild ride.

How many teleconferences have you hosted?! Could it be a gazillion emails all fired at the speed

of light? How many times have you invented delicious lunches from the staples of your fridge?

What about all the questions you've fielded from the kids? Someone then asks: what's for dinner?

Did someone say Superhuman? We get it. And as the mayhem of the morning rush returns,

we want to show you our support.

So, with admiration and optimism, it's our pleasure to gift you some Lurpak Spreadable butter.

The high-quality kitchen staple that might just make preparing the daily lunches that little bit easier.

Because if there's one thing we have learned through all of this, it's that a little

bit of kindness can spread a long way.

With kindness, Lurpak.

Lurpak staff members will be dropping off boxes of Spreadable butter

to our school community on Thursday June 18th.

There will be enough for each parent to take home 1 box of Lurpak.

Each box holds 100 small tubs of butter, which is the perfect size to make

a tasty sandwich or for the lunch box! The box is 800g and easily transportable.
