Clients will be checked up on a weekly or bi-weekly

basis to insure our quality service and inquire about

all other services that you may require.

Mission Statement

The mission of Luesa Cleaning Services is to provide sanitary

facilities and employment that pays a living wage to sustain the

economic integrity of local and surrounding areas.

We have been serving the community for 10 years and have recently

expanded our business and the services that we provide. Our

cleaning quality is assured by providing all of our clientele the

“LGL Way”. This insures quality in (5) ways.

“LGL Way”1) All employees are trained under management to clean your facility

until they have reached an exceptional competency to perform

their duties independently and efficiently.

2) All employees are required to clock in and clock out before and

after all jobs. This assures that should anyone be sick or otherwise

detained, there will always be a swing person trained to clean your

facility.

3) 10 random inspections are done by our managers per month for

all employees who have been cleaning for under a year and

once a month for all others.

4) All employees will have an up to date check list of the services that we

provide to you and each employee will run through this list

before clocking out.

5) All employees will be identifiable by wearing uniforms to help protect

against mistaken identity and theft.

Commercial Office& Office Building Cleaning

“Luesa Cleaning Services” has been providing office building

cleaning and commercial office cleaning services throughout Tanzania

since 2015.

Our fully insured and bonded office cleaning professionals will

provide thorough surface cleaning of all areas including computers,

desk tops, counters, files, partitions - all surfaces will be wiped clean.

The office cleaning service also includes general cleaning in kitchen

area, perfect cleaning of lavatory facilities including replenishing

soaps, C fold towels, etc., and they will remove trash from all areas

and replace liners.

Our office cleaning service can also provide specialized cleanings,

including post-construction, renovation and after paint cleaning,

moving-in and moving-out office cleaning, and other heavy cleaning

Employees - Luesa Cleaning Services has loyal and dependable employees which reflects on the quality of our work and success. We have Supervisors who have been employed with us for over twenty years. We believe that respecting our employees provides a better environment for our clients.

Training - Every worker is thoroughly trained, re-trained, monitored, and graded to maintain a certain work standard. This includes the use of training tapes, booklets, and hands-on mentoring.

Incentive Program - If our porters meet certain objectives set in our Employee Incentive Program, they are awarded with bonuses for their good work and client satisfaction approval at the end of the year.

Communications – Luesa Cleaning Services is a 24/7 company. Our supervisors and management must have cell phones on their possession at all times in case of an emergency.

Quality Control - We do not subcontract. We have the resources with over 1,900 field workers.
