Lubchem V-CleanLiquid Valve Cleaner

Lubchem V-Clean is a complex blend ofsurfactants, dispersants and wettingagents designed to thoroughly cleanclogged sealant pathways in ball, plug andgate valves. V-Clean will lift deposits ofoils, greases (hydrocarbon & synthetic),salts, asphaltines, paraffin, and other soliddebris (including corrosion products) fromthe surface of the metal. V-Clean willdisplace water and hold the debris insuspension allowing it to be flushed fromthe system using a Lubchem V-Clean FlushPump or other suitable pumping equipment.

Application GuidelinesV-Clean should be used as supplied, nodilution is necessary. V-Clean should bepumped into the valve at a rate sufficientto force the liquid into contact with theentire surfaces to be cleaned. The volumeof V-Clean required per cleaning job variesdepending upon valve condition and size.However, to estimate chemical require-ments use approximately 1 quart of V-Clean per 4 inches of the diameter of thevalve for plug valves / per seat for ballvalves. For gate valves use a sufficientquantity to fill the valve body and flush theseats when possible. The reaction timefor deposit removal varies by deposit, as ageneral rule allow the product about 15minutes to dissolve the deposit, repeat theprocedure until the desired performance isobtained.

Valve Saver AW is a combination valvecleaner and lubricant designed to lubricateand clean deposits common to valves inpipeline & production valves. Valve SaverAW can be used as a valve cleaner andas a lubricant. Valve Saver AW consists ofa premium quality Anhydrous Calcium basegrease, blended with a proprietary additivepackage that includes a dispersant /surfactant. This unique compound willlubricate the valves internal componentsand, at the same time, emulsify a variety oforganic and organometallic compoundscommon to pipeline operations. Whenused regularly it will prevent additionalbuild up of pipeline contaminants. Theanhydrous calcium base grease providesgood lubrication qualities over a widetemperature range of -65 to 250oF.

Anti-Seize 2200 is a special blend ofgraphite and micro-size aluminum flakeparticles homogenized into a highlyviscous carrier which volatilizes at hightemperatures. Moly-Vap is a dry film lubricant containingMolybdenum Disulfide which will withstandbroad temperature and pressure limits. Drymoly film has a low coefficient of frictionand provides excellent lubricating proper-ties without the attraction of dust and dirtwhere oils and greases would beunsuitable. The carrier solvent in thisformulation drys quickly bonding thetenacious solid Moly-Vap coating toferrous and nonferrous metals. Moly-Vapresists water, oils, alkali and most acids. Longlife SRL-50 is engineered to protectthe threads of sucker rod connectionsunder severe operating conditions ofhigh cyclic loading. SRL-50 is a hightemperature, lithium complex EP greasewith excellent low temperature proper-ties. SRL-50 is a unique blend ofpetroleum base oils and synthetic fluidsproviding excellent resistance to oxida-tion at elevated temperatures withexceptional performance under extremelow temperature conditions. Each pump is equipped with100:1 ratio air motor that is capable of 10,000 psi discharge pressures. Discharge pressure may be adjusted byregulating the inlet air pressure to the pump through the air inlet regulator.

Force Flow pumps are equipped with twin cylinders that provide continuous contact between the follower plate andthe sealant providing a continuous prime to the pump. The positive pressure applied by the pressure primingsystem prevents pump cavitation and makes it possible to pump highly viscous sealants at low temperatures.

The guns are set up for lubricating both ballvalves and plug valves. The pumps are heavy duty, lever operated and are primed by tightening the T screwhandle. Both pumps accepts industry standard K size lube sealant grease sticks. The outlet thread is 1/4NPTF. Both pumps come equipped from Lubchem with hose assembly 967801 as seen below, additionalhose assemblies and options are available on request. To order the model 1500 use part number 908601,for model 1200 use part number 901601.

Caution:The model 1200 gun is not equipped with an internalball check in the head assembly and line pressure maybleed back into the barrel. Before removing the giantbutton head coupler, raise the plunger handle and turnthe primer screw counter clockwise to relieve pressure.

The model 1500 comes equipped with an internalcheck and pressure release.

Lubchem Model 1000 Hydraulic Hand Pump

Description:The Lubchem 1000 Hydraulic Hand Pump (part # 900011) exerts a maximum pressure of 10,000 psi. It is a durableself priming pump that is easy to operate. This unit is equipped with a bypass valve that allows the user to relieveinternal pressure at any time by turning the bypass valve counter clockwise one revolution.As an added safety feature the Lubchem model 1000 is equipped with an internal hydraulic relief valve. This featureprovides maximum safety for the user by preventing over pressurization of the hydraulic system.

Features:Handle Latch Assembly- Prevents damage due to over extension of the piston.Graduated Handle - One ounce marked handle to eliminate waste and provide greater accuracy during injec-tion.

Warning - Use only UCON-500 hydraulic fluid or equal in this pump.
