8 12 inch color touch panel with sufficient operativity and sufficient visibility.

8 Bundle length can be adjusted for min.600mm –max 1200mm as standard. No attachments and no tools are required for this adjustment.

8 Long size endboard hopper is capable 1700mm stock length (140 boards at 12mm board), and reduces frequency for board feeding.

8 High quality stacking is provided with intelligent stacking control full use of 5 servomotors.

8 No parts to exchange for full range of product size. All guides are motorized and the size of product is set on touch screen.

8 The delicate adjustment for the special products, which used to depend on the operator’s experience and skill, can be easily done by referring to the database through the touch screen. The best adjustment data can be memorized at the memory-bank (up to 100 jobs), which enable any operators to duplicate the previous best adjustment condition.

The product orientation is spine edge lead-

ing into the stacker (overlap is up, avoiding

any lap damage).

Marking is avoided in this stacker as the

signatures are loosely packed, spine down,

in the stacking process.

Forming, bowing or “corrugating” the sig-

natures aids reliable stacking and minimizes

marking. This adjustment is made in sec-

onds during make-ready.
