ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • Wedding ceremonies are only permitted in Madonna della Strada Chapel on the Lake Shore Campus for Loyola affiliates who meet the required criteria. No other ceremonies are permitted on either campus. • All venue rentals for wedding receptions are for an 8 hour block, start/ end times are flexible but weddings are required to end by midnight. • Included in the venue rates are the standard round tables/ chairs, set-up, tear- down, dance floor (if carpeted space), and security (if required in building). • No outside caterers are permitted, must use Loyola’s exclusive catering partner. • Food and beverage minimums must for met for Friday & Saturday evening weddings, inquire for details. • Golf Cart transportation is available for $25 per hour (Lake Shore Campus only). • Parking at the Lake Shore Campus is $7 per car. • Any rentals for upgraded chairs, linens, etc. will be handled through our catering department and additional fees will apply. • Non-refundable deposit required for weddings is 50% of total venue rental plus a separate $1,000 catering deposit. All remaining balances must be paid 10 business days prior to wedding. VENUE SPECIFIC • A $500 refundable damage deposit is required for the Donovan Reading Room. Patio usage at Crown Center, Piper Hall, Palm Court, Mundelein Auditorium, and Donovan Reading Room is subsequent to weather permitting. • No candles are permitted in Piper Hall Mansion or Donovan Reading Room. • No dancing is permitted in Piper Hall Mansion. • Outdoor weddings must end by 10:00 PM. • Piper Hall Mansion can be added to any wedding for the cocktail hour for an additional $750.
