Cool Weather, Hot Details!
As the cooler weather creeps in, we want to bring out the best of our fall and winter event ideas! Consider these festive ideas for your wedding and your guests will surely enjoy! Holiday Dessert Stations Think peppermint candy, mini pumpkin pies and trendy treats like these caramel apple macaroons by one of our preferred bakeries! Los Verdes can help you find a variety of goodies for your Dessert Station.
Up Lighting An inexpensive way to transform the ballroom is with the right lighting. With warm tones for autumn months or cool blues for a winter wonderland, you can create this look for just $30 per light.
Fire Pits Remember that your guests can use our Catalina Terrace during your entire event. Why not dress up this space with market lights and a fire pit? We can even add a s’more station for a toasty activity!

One of the steps in the planning process is to find a florist for your wedding. You may want to consider the ceremony set up, personal flowers for you, your bridal party and family, and of course, the reception! Here are two of our favorite florists as well as some fall and winter inspirations...
Tastings Our next food tasting is on Thursday, November 6th at 6:30p. This will be our last tasting for the year. If it is important that you attend this tasting based on your wedding date please RSVP early. The following food tasting will be on Thursday, January 8, 2015.
Ceremony Rehearsal Date Rehearsal times can be tentatively scheduled at any point in the planning process. Please contact us to arrange your date and time. We will confirm the rehearsal time as definite 14 days prior to the date. Before that point, we may find it necessary to move your rehearsal if a contracted event needs the practice space. We will let you know as soon as possible if a change is required.
BEO {Banquet Event Order} AKA Event Details meeting We will meet once before your wedding to cover many aspects of your big day includ-ing the agenda, room layout, and food and drink requirements. This meeting should be planned 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding, so please let us know when you would like to schedule your appointment if we do not contact you first. Please also remember to double check your contracts and add your next payment due dates to your calendar.
