Relax and enjoy the park’s beauty! There is a very warm welcome awaiting you in the Hillworth Park Café! Open every day from 10am throughout the year, the café is the perfect place for coffee, lunch or high tea. A range of hot and cold drinks, snacks, cakes and toasties are on offer with gluten free options available. Well behaved dogs are welcome and we provide toys and colouring pencils to keep our younger visitors entertained too! Our coffee beans are provided by Clifton Coffee, a Bristol based company who work with both farmers directly, and specialty coffee merchants and importers, to ensure an ethical supply chain right back to source. The coffee tastes great too! The Café team don’t want to be known just for the great coffee they make – they also take part in the events we run through the year and hold their own craft workshops. The Park’s year round entertainment programme has become well established and events at Christmas and Halloween have become firm favourites in the local social calendar. Other events and activities include pumpkin carving, Children’s Proms in the Park and our very own ‘Antiques Roadshow’ – free attractions and things to do for the whole family! In July 2015 Hillworth Park once again received the prestigious Green Park Award in recognition of the fact that it boasts the highest possible standards, is beautifully maintained and has excellent facilities. A true jewel in the crown! Location It’s best to walk to the Park. From the Town Centre head up Long Street, past the Wiltshire Museum, and take the right hand turn into Hillworth Road. After 200 metres the Park entrance will be found on the left hand side. The bus route (1a) from the Market Place will stop at the entrance on request. SEPTEMBERChildren’s Proms in the Park Sun 4th 2pm - 4pmSingalong with Devizes Town Band for their Children’s Promevent as they delight with film and TV themes from past and present. Picnic essential – dressing up optional!

Proms in the Park Sun 11th 3pm - 6pmJoin Devizes Town Band for their second event of the Proms season. The Band accompanied by other local artists will be playing a varied programme of light classical pieces, rounding the evening off with patriotic anthems which will ensure you get your flags waving!

Autumn in the Park Sun 18th 11am - 4pmCome and explore the Park, meet Dave and Cath and theirmenagerie of animals and have your face painted (adults too!) at our annual Autumn event.

OCTOBERHalloween Mon 31st 5.30pm - 7.30pmGhouls, goblins and ghosts will come out to play at our Halloweenevent! Fancy dress ESSENTIAL! Be warned, our activity scoreshighly on the fright-o-meter!
