A shuttle bus drives you from the airport to the city centre terminal or to any given address in
Ljubljana city every half an hour and the ride costs 9 euro/person (for more info ask the
driver). You can make a reservation on a shuttle bus at http://www.prevozi-markun.com/en/
The shuttle parking is approx 50 meters from the Arrivals or just ask friendly airport staff to
direct you to the shuttle parking space. As the shuttle bus can take you to any given address in
Ljubljana city we also recommend you to reserve one for the journey back to the airport from
your hotel (or from the venue). Ask at your hotel reception for more info.
It is also possible to take a taxi. This costs approx. 39 eur from the airport to the city centre.

We suggest you use your favourite route planner (for example http://www.viamichelin.com/ ) or your
favourite car GPS device to get to the venue address.
Ljubljana ring A2 -> Exit Brdo -> continue along street »Pot za Brdom« until you see venue building
(Building B) on your right hand side -> turn right and park your car in the parking space on the right
side (note, there is a fee to park there).
How to get from City Center to the Venue location
Bus number 14 (destination Vrhovci) or bus number 14B (destination Bokalce) runs from the city
centre to the venue location and the ride should take 15-30 minutes, depending on the traffic. Your
end station is called Preval. If you get on the bus at a station called Konzorcij then it is approx. 8 bus
stops. The eassiest way to tell when to get off the bus is as follows: when you pass the Market Hofer on the left side of the bus (from the driver point of view) you get off at the next bus stop. The market
Hofer is clearly visible from the bus.

Ljubljana public transportation BUS TICKETS
City buses have an electronic payment system based on no-contact smart cards called Urbana. Urbana
cards are electronic ticket carriers.All tickets are carried on Urbana cards.You can not pay on the bus
by cash – you have to buy a card and then you top it up with the tickets. Mulitple people can pay using
one Urbana card, but you have to tell the bus driver if you do this. More about Ljubljana city public

Value ticket: single fare paid from pre-paid credit on Urbana card enables free transfers within all the
city public transport bus routes within 90 minutes and it costs 0,80€.
You can buy URBANA value card (yellow) and top it up at Urbanomat Top-Up Stations (one of
them is also available at the bus station Konzorcij Urbanomat); the lowest amount of credit is 1 EUR.
You can also buy an Urbana card (it cost 2 EUR), and top it up, at most kiosks or newsstands on the
street.

A taxi will take you to Venue in a 10-15 minutes and it should cost you approx. 6 € depending on the
taxi company. Ask at the hotel reception to call a taxi for you.
