All VISA Debit Cards will be reissuing over the next year based on the month of expiration and not the year.

Once your new chip-enabled card is activated your old card will no longer work.

Due to the increase in fraud, it was decided to provide extra protection for our members by accelerating the reissue process for our Debit Cards.

Dormant Accounts …Keep your funds in your hands

Inactive accounts must be reported to the State each year. The State of Arizona

requires all financial institutions to forward any funds in accounts that have had no activity for three years, as of the previous June 30th.

To protect your funds …• Make a transaction at least once a year—

deposit or withdrawal.

• Notify the credit union when your phone number or address changes — Be sure to keep your contact informa-tion current.

• Close accounts that you no longer use.

Or, if you do not have checks you can find the Routing & Transit number on our website under “Checking Accounts”. For further information please contact Lynn at ext. 222.

By providing the complete number your transaction will process correctly.
