Applications to attend are due to Student Life by 5pm on Fri. EXPECTATIONS of the members of the C.O.D. Delegation to the I.C.C.S.A.A. Conference: 1. Submit a completed nomination/application form to Student Life, SRC 1800; 2. Submit a non-refundable $20 conference fee along with the application; 3. Attend required delegate pre-travel meeting on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 4 p.m. in SRC 1550; 4. Attend and fully participate in the entire conference; 5. Be willing to work together with other students as a team to provide a positive representation of the college; 6. Travel to and from the conference with the delegation in a college sanctioned vehicle; 7. Turn in a hard copy (to the Reception Desk of Student Life) or e -mail (to  [email protected]) a one to two page (typed, double-spaced) reflection paper by Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, that addresses the following questions: How did your attendance at the fall ICCSAA positively affect your school and your community? How will being a student leader impact your life after community college? What is one thing you learned from the Keynote Speaker Ben Hollis? What is one thing you learned from CL Lindsay on day two? What breakout session did you enjoy most and why? What did you learn from other student leaders about leadership and/or clubs? 8. All delegates must be a currently enrolled C.O.D. student i n good standing with the college. 9. Delegates may not attend the ICCSAA Conference more than twice. 10. Only C.O.D. students are allowed in the hotel rooms. PACKING DETAILS To pack: Casual clothing, but no sweatpants or torn jeans Comfortable walking shoes if you would like to hike at Starved Rock C.O.D. I understand that by signing this, I ammaking a commitment to attend, and that if chosen, funds will be expended for my participation.

I understand the $20 application fee is non-refundable. I also understand canceling within one business week of departure or failure toattend or meet the delegate expectations may result in a financial sanction of up to $200.00 to cover costs. (If an alternate delegateparticipates, costs may be reduced for non-attendance.)
