sitesiteStep 1: Download the Plug-in from eAssistance Pro site.

Step 2: Login to your prestashop administration.

Step 3: Go to 'Modules'.

Step 4: Select Add a new module.

Step 5: Browse eAssistancePro.zip file from your computer and click 'Upload this module'.

Step 6: Browse eAssistance Pro Live Chat module in module directory and Click 'Install'.

Step 7: Click 'Configure'.

Step 8: Copy the 'Recommended' or 'Floating' chat button code from https://support.eassistancepro.com/get-my-code.php and paste in text area.

Step 9: Select your position Left, Right or Floating and click on Save Settings.

[Optional]

Step 10: Click on 'Manage hooks' under eAssistance Pro Configure page

Step 11: Click on 'Unhook the selection'

Step 12: Search eAssistance Pro in Right bar or Left bar and change the order of display

Now, check your WebPages for the Live Chat icon.
