Fuel = Diesel

Truck height= 12’4”

Mast height = 48’

This live truck is very similar to our other trucks but one thing remains the same, Always look up before raising the mast.

The following pages are reminders of what you need to do to raise the 48 foot mast.

What to check before each live shot.

• Check engine oil: Since this truck is diesel it will consume more oil than our other trucks.

• Check the generator Oil & Water: This generator is different than the other trucks because it is water cooled.

• Check the mast lubricator supply. This provides a mist form of lubrication to the air hose.

• Check the air compressor moisture trap. This traps any moisture in the air lines.

• Check the truck fuel level. The generator will shut down when the truck fuel gauge reaches ¼ tank of fuel.

What is expected after each live shot.

• Check that the fuel tank has at least ½ tank of diesel fuel.

• All cables are rolled up neat and are in good working condition.

• The IFB toolbox is not missing cables or TR-50 boxes, and they are working correctly.

• There should be no food or drinks left in the truck.
