RecipeSausage filled Buns

Warm the Milk and then mix the Yeast into the milk, until it has dissolved. Leave to cool.

Mix together in a large bowl the Flour, Sugar, Salt, Egg and Butter. Pour the Milk and Yeast mix into the bowl and knead together to form a firm dough. Wrap the dough and leave in a cool place to rise for about an hour.

Then roll the dough out and cut into circles. Place the small sausages into the centre of the dough, roll the sausage up in the dough and then fold the ends over so that the whole sausage is covered by the dough. Then leave to prove for another 45 minutes.

Spread the Sour Cream over the buns and then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in the preheated oven (175°c) and bake for 20 minutes.
