RecipeCondensed Milk Cake

Beat together the Salt, Butter and Icing Sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. Fold in the Sweetened Condensed Milk so that the mixture is smooth.

In a separate bowl mix together the Flour and Baking Powder and stir in with the Condensed Milk mixture.

Add the Eggs and Vanilla Essence to the mixture and stir well.

Grease the inside of a muffin tin and pour in the mixture, place in a preheated oven at 170°c and cook for up to an hour or until the muffins turn brown.

Leave to Cool, then Share and Enjoy!

Cukraus pudrą, sviestą bei druską išplakite taip, kad masė taptų puri. Tuomet supilkite saldintą kondensuotą pieną ir gerai išmaišykite (iki vientisos masės).

Kitame dubenyje sumaišykite miltus bei kepimo miltelius, po to supilkite prieš tai paruoštą mišinį. Įmuškite kiaušinius, įpilkite šaukštelį vanilės esencijos ir vėl viską gerai išmaišykite, kol gausite vientisą masę.

Paruoštą tešlą sukrėskite į kepimo indą ir kepkite iki 170° įkaitintoje orkaitėje, kol keksas gražiai apskrus (tai gali užtrukti ~ 1 val.).

Ragaukite tuomet, kai iškepęs keksas visiškai atvės.
