This is Lisa Sasevich and this is such an exciting day for me to be welcoming all of you to this year's Speak-to-Sell Virtual Bootcamp where you are going to be able to step into the spotlight with a Signature Talk that you love, with an Irresistible Offer that sells and really the most important thing is all of the confidence that comes along with being ready. You cannot underestimate the power of being ready when it comes to getting out there to make a difference to the people that you were meant to serve. Really, I hold it as our duty to be ready so that for any opportunity where we might be able to get out in front of our ideal clients and share a piece of value and make our invitation, when we're not ready, we missed those moments left and right. Everything from TV and radio to being interviewed on podcasts or guests articles on blogs. You know exactly how to position yourself. You will see that the work that we are going to do together here and everything that you'll discover, you're going to be able to use it in so many different areas. Then, we'll be working backwards to build the body of the talk where you'll know just what to teach and what not to teach. This is a game changer for us that love to give. Then, of course, going back another step making sure you know how to position yourself for credibility, of course, but also for connections, for vulnerability, for trust. How much of your story is too much, we'll uncover all of that. You're going to learn the skills of seeding so that you can always, no matter what you're doing even when you're teaching a course, they're already in. You'll still want to be seeding and creating that hunger and desire for your students to remember the possibility that they registered for. It's the biggest gift. Then, we'll also show you how to make that transition, how to make your offer irresistible. We also have a Module in here about maximizing every opportunity. After we get to the core of building the offer and the talk that leads to it, I really want to pan up to the 60,000-foot view and say, "Okay, let's talk about all the ways that you can maximize that opportunity when you do show up to speaker present live." There are so many other good things also happening. There is social media opportunities. There's opportunities to Get Booked. There is upsell opportunities with current clients and just, of course, the opportunity to be there and shine.

This is Lisa Sasevich and this is such an exciting day for me to be welcoming all of you to this year's Speak-to-Sell Virtual Bootcamp where you are going to be able to step into the spotlight with a Signature Talk that you love, with an Irresistible Offer that sells and really the most important thing is all of the confidence that comes along with being ready. You'll see a Module here under the training module also that we will cover on making sure that if you're going to suit up, guys, if you're going to put on dress shoes, ladies, if you're going to do your hair, we want to make it count. That's the ride that we are on together. I know that truly why we are attracted to be here together is that we're humming at the same level. We're on that same vibration, that same frequency of really wanting to make that huge difference, having that knowing inside us, that it is ours to do and being committed enough to take the time way from our expertise, obviously, and come over here and learn not so much how to be a salesperson but how to structure everything you do so that it leads to your irresistible offer in a way that feels great.

Welcome to today's call. Today is our Welcome call. It's a little bit different than the five calls that we'll be going through module by module, the coaching and hotseat calls. I want you to think of today as a campus tour and a class orientation. I want to walk you through how to get the most out of all the resources that are here in Speak-to-Sell, how to set up your coming weeks to schedule your time and what parts you need to do on your own at your convenience, and then what parts we'll be doing together. I want to fill you in on some of the questions you guys have been asking about the live event ticket that you have, about the bonuses that are coming, so all of that.

We'll be together for an hour today and then on future calls, on our five future calls, we'll be together for closer to 90 minutes. That's for your planning purposes. What else can I tell you? The thing that you'd want to do now is find your way and hopefully, you've already found this in your email, you were all sent the URL to get into our online training website and your login. Hopefully, you can find that. You'll hear me talking sometimes to Peggy who is supporting me on the call silently today. She's handling the tech side. Sometimes, I'll shout out a question to Peggy and you won't hear her answer. It sounds weird but she's replying to me on Skype.

Peggy, if you can tell me what they would search for possibly for that first welcome email that gives them the website, what is the web address that it comes from or the subject line, and then they can search easily. The email is called "Let's get this party started!" Peggy, do you know who it comes from by any chance? You want to search for that. Please do search before you dive into support for help because if it's in your spam or they're in your email, that's going to be a lot faster than hundreds of people writing into support at the same time.

By the way, the email, if you want to search on the from, it should be [email protected], is where you would search, or you can search subject line "Let's get the party started" and you will find your access because what I'm going to do now is we're going to do two things. I'm going to give you the campus tour so you know how to get the most out of the course and then I want to work with you guys a little and really make sure that you're maximizing the pre-course accelerator training that you want to be working on right away, you want to be diving in.

Fortunately, it's just two 30-minute webinars and you probably want to put 30

minutes to an hour along with that to actually put some thought into it. I say it's a minimum if you scheduled an hour for each one, that would be awesome. Then, we have our first call coming up next week and you could see all the calls under schedule, live Q&A calls, coming up next week and that will be a 90-minute Q&A hotseat call. I'll explain to you how you can also submit questions online. Now, that first call, we're going to be talking about your offer. Before each Q&A call, you'll want to do the associated training module.

Let's actually dive in. Hopefully, many of you have made it on to the online website. We're also going to post this recording right under Pre-Course Training tab at the bottom, and so if you are needing to hear it again, you'll be able to find it there right away after we finish and then eventually not too many days, we'll have the transcript out.

I'm going to walk you through here. There's so much in here that you need to know about that's beyond just what I was able to describe when I was inviting you into the course. First of all, and I want you to know, you're in the right place. I just want to give you some assurance because I know some of you may have registered a week or two ago and you're going, "What am I doing here?" You're in the right place if you're just ready, to be ready. If you want to add this element to your business that really in my experience working with over 5,000 graduates of this program and hundreds, over 500 graduates of our year-long Sales Authenticity and Success Mastermind, so I'm trying to tell you I've gotten my hands in a lot of entrepreneurial businesses aside from my own.

I could tell you that this tool, having this one tool is really the thing that can make everything else, all the other activities that you've done, your beautiful website, your blog, your podcast, anything else you might be doing, your list building or branding work. Let's get the party started. You'll see if you get into our online training form here that the first tab is called Start Here. I just want you to know that under there is a welcome and it's me trying to give you the bigger context of our campus, letting you know that you've entered in to the Speak-to-Sell Virtual Bootcamp and that this truly is a slice of what the bigger picture of what we can offer to you as far as really getting your online and offline sales conversion machine built. It makes and invitation for you to find out more to just see the bigger picture of our campus so you kind of like if you came to do your science degree, you can see that there's this huge campus that also has all kinds of other disciplines going on. In our case, they all have to do with helping you make more money doing what you love.

Then, the second tab is another video just showing you the campus, showing you our mastermind. Hopefully, for some of you, that is the past right away or in a not too distant future, that you love your experience so much over this next couple of months with us that you say, "Wow, I want the whole thing. I want to train with Lisa's systems for a year and really build this out." If you're feeling hungry for that, you can check out that second tab and it will make you the invitation to be able to speak to one of our best next move specialist that genuinely will come to a call with you, looking for your best next move. We do not have a preset agenda to sell you any particular thing that we have. We're fortunate to have a lot of options. Next stop is our Pre-Course Training. That's where we're going to be spending a majority of our call on. Come back to that tab, but that's what you want to be working on now. Briefly, I want to just cover some other important things so the next tab is a schedule live Q&A calls. This is where you go to see the schedule, the day, the call-in number. This is also where we will post the recording so if you miss a call, a Q&A call, it will be posted here for you to find easily.

Also, I want to point out a little tiny icon at the top of that page where on the schedule live Q&A call tab, it's a little Facebook icon. at the top of the page. Join our private Speak-to-Sell Facebook group and we will be looking for you and accepting your invitation to join. That's really what you can find there.

Next is the training modules. You can actually just hover over that and you'll be able to see all five of our modules. Those are really the topics for our upcoming five 90-minute Q&A calls. In those calls, I'll be doing a lot less talking and opening the line to hear from you. The talking I'll be doing is really coaching, tweaking, hotseats to help you move forward. Even if you don't have necessarily a question, these are training calls that extend the modules.

For example, the way it works is you see there, under if you hover over training modules, module 1, craft your irresistible offer is coming. We're going to be doing that call this coming week. Let's see, we can look down on the schedule. It is call #1, Wednesday, March 30 at 1:00. By the way, take a note. That call is on Wednesday, everything else is on Thursday. In fact, Peggy, can you highlight that? Peggy's going to make some real-time tweaks. She'll put a little red note next to call #1 saying, "Please notice that this call is on Wednesday, not on our usual Thursday." Anyway, make sure to make that adjustment. You'd want to do the module on your own, take an hour, go through the trainings, the worksheets and get it as far as you can. Then, come to me on our live Q&A call next Wednesday with questions about your irresistible offer. That's how we'll do it week by week.

I want to skip down to the forum tab. It's the last one, the forum tab. Under the forum tab, that's where you're going to find the section that says questions for module 1, questions for module 2. If you can't make the live call or you just like to submit your question in advance to make sure it gets answered, please submit them in writing the Sunday prior to that coming week's call. For example, you'd have from now through this Sunday night at midnight to submit questions on module 1. You got the rest of Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and all of Sunday to submit questions for module 1.

That way, my team and I, and I have some highly qualified Speak-to-Sell mentors that will be working with me to answer your questions so you'll meet Kim Carpenter. I'll be in there. We will be answering your questions. Sometimes, just writing back to you right there in the forum and sometimes, if we think it's a question we really need to highlight for everyone, we will bring it on to the live call as well. All of you can see all of the questions and answers for each person.

You can also comment and help each other in the forum. The big thing is getting your question in by the Sunday prior for that module, and I see you guys have already found your way in there. There's a party already started and then you'll notice there is also a special place for when you have your juicy offer twist call with Lisa Cherney. It's one of your bonuses and this is that ending, that alternative ending to the talk if you want to use your talk to get people into your practice or on the phone for strategy sessions. how to navigate the course.

The next thing I want to show you is the signature talk generator. If you could find that tab and click on it, this is really important. It's going to answer so many questions that you have. For some of you that are just rearing to go, you've got a talk coming up, you might even use this as a quick start. Hold on. It kicked me out. Probably, there's just so many of us right now, so let me try to get back into the signature talk generator tab. I think we're all going there. Let's do it one more shot here. Come, you can do it. Peggy, I'm getting an error establishing database connection. Can you check on that for me, please, on the signature talk generator tab? Too much traffic. I'll let other people get there.

If you're having problems getting there, just give it a minute because there's hundreds of us here. Sometimes, all this traffic at the same time can blow out the button a little bit. Okay, just give it a minute and then retry and I'm sure we'll be able to get in there. Peggy will keep checking on it too. Hold on here.

What you're going to find under the signature talk generator tab is this is where we have the online generator tool. There will be like a seven minute ... I'm going off memory here because I can't see the page, but there'll be like a seven-minute video of me explaining, walking you through the signature talk's formula, the Speak-to-Sell formula. By the way, those are synonymous, the signature talk, the Speak-to-Sell signature talk formula, they're interchangeable.

Then, you'll see like six different things under there. I won't probably be able to remember them in order but here's some of the things you'll find. You will find the tool itself, so there's a place where you can watch a quick video and fill in the blanks to be able to advance your talk. You have to keep saving your work there but when you do, what you get is you really get to see your talk broken down in sections. A lot of people have reported that it really helps them. If you're going to put slides together, it helps them put slides together too.

The next thing you'll see there is my talk. You'll see my talk in one of the numbers there, the six different things, I think. That is my signature talk and then you'll see my slide deck and you'll see an annotated version of my slide deck. You can actually be watching my talk and then open a document where you're looking at my slides and the annotations below are telling you why I'm saying what I'm saying strategically, what am I doing and really breaking each part down.

Another thing that you guys ask a lot is how long should each section be. You're going to see, I think at the very bottom, one of the last bullets there, is an actual document with like a pie chart that shows you a 90-minute talk and sort of ideal breakdown for a 90-minute talk. Hold on. Then, here's a really cool thing because I like to be transparent with you guys and I don't want you guys holding yourself up to some standard that has you never get off the ground. I also broke down the timeline of the actual talk, my talk that's in there.

You're going to see, I didn't hit the markers perfect. My introduction was too long and then my training part was different. You'll see that even not going perfectly with this much time for the intro and this much time for the body, you want it to be natural. As long as you hit the markers of the structure, you'll see I still had a big table rush and I still sold great. In fact, it was at JVX, the event that you'll be getting a bonus ticket to in a couple of weeks here. It's coming up in November, so we've got time.

I wanted you to see my imperfection. I wanted you to see that yes, I followed the model and with all my best intentions, I still get up there and my intro goes too long. In this case actually, my talk went a little long because I did some setup for the host with my first 10 minutes. All those things that I tell you, this is how it should look and guess what? On the court, sometimes, it looks like this and really, I want you to have the freedom from seeing that, that this is a structure. It's not about a perfect ballet. It will feel like a perfect ballet, but every move is not choreographed. There's just certain places you need to be on the stage at certain times. Anyway, I wanted you to know that that's there and that you can really dive into on your own at your own convenience.

The other thing that ... Two more quick things and then we'll get into some coaching around the pre-work, and I want to hear from a couple of you. Hold on here. The next thing, and again, I'm having trouble so you probably are too with getting into the tabs with hundreds of us clicking in for the first time. Don't worry. Don't panic. Just hear me out, and then you'll be able to get into the tabs as soon as the rush of all of us at the same time dies off, but there's two more things I want to make sure you know about.

One is the bonus ticket that you are holding for our live training event coming up in May in San Diego, May 12th through 14th. It's called the Ultimate Sales Bootcamp. This is a brand-new event that I innovated. New material, new everything a year and a half ago, and it's sold out faster than anything we've ever done. You're going to see this ticket actually going on sale next week. Unless we sell out before then, for an early bird of $1,000 and then you'll see it going all the way up to $3,000 and people will be buying seats to sit right next to you and you are holding a free ticket. We are not a company that's giving out free tickets all over the place. I'm sure you've been exposed to that model, people writing you, "Oh, I just got some free tickets." Everybody in our room is invested in the work. Everybody in our room is serious clients, or they are a guest of a serious client.

It is much different than any event you've been to where there's a lot of people coming by that are not invested. The level of training that we can do because everybody is either our student or a very close friend, guest that also the guest is paid to be there as well. It really is different than anything you've probably felt before. It is also not a pitch-a-thon. It is literally just myself and my two top trainers from my mastermind who have specialty in high ticket selling and pricing. The three of us, Lisa Cherney, Andrea J. Lee, myself, training for three days.

There will be an invitation to find out about our mastermind. For some of you that you know you're coming to the event, you know the pass that you're on, you'll find out there are more. Once you're registered, we send you the details for our hotel room block and I would call right away. I would do this today and I would call today. This is not in an area where you can walk to a bunch of different hotels. It's like a private island and you want to be on the island. It's going to flip on your ears, things that you've learned about this word funnel that unfortunately, has many of you starting as the low-cost leader and thinking you can get known that way and that it will turn around. Then, once they know you, then you'll show them that you're really the exclusive shop, and it doesn't work that way. Once they know you, they know you.

where you can listen to the audio and there's a worksheet. When you do that exercise, if you really listen to my instructions and you just focus in on one person, one client that you've helped that was so good. They got such good results it was so rewarding for you that literally if your business could just be a thousand of those or a hundred of those like that person multiplied times a hundred, you would be so happy like that would be it, that you have arrived. That is your dream business.

How do we make that happen? Well, we focus on that one person. Listen, if you are not in business yet as I know some of you are just getting started. This is your like transition plan into your business and that's great, you're going from a hobby to a business now and that's really what happens at Ultimate Sales Bootcamp. We'd give you my business model. For those of you that not have been paid for the help that you give but you have some sense that you do help people, I want you to do the exercise just with someone that you've helped in this area. People are always coming to you to unsnarl the relationship tangles and that might end up being your platform.

Think of one person that you've helped that has like incredible transformation because you helped them. Then, you want to answer the questions that you will see there on the worksheet and in the video and I described all these in detail and you'll want to ask, "What were the results this person had? What were the additional transformations that happened because of that results? What would have been the cost had they not accepted my help?" In that one you really have to extrapolate because they did accept your help. If they didn't, like would they have foreclosed on their house, would they have lost their marriage, would they have been passed over for a promotion, would their health have deteriorated, their mental capacity deteriorated. If you look at the path they were on before you helped them and they didn't get your help, where might they be?

You need a fill a page with the answers to those three questions and we're going to use that a lot through the course like I'm going to refer back to it when we're looking for your talk title. I'm going to refer back to it for all the different words that you'll want to use throughout your talk. The words on those pages are words ... We're not looking for one little elevator pitch like a little line or a tagline. We want to use all the stuff there and you're going to see when you go through that and you may want to get on the private Facebook site. Again, you can find the link under Schedule Live Q&A Calls and get a partner. Get a buddy for these first two weeks.

The Offer Communication and the Unique Branded System work together. Some people even like triads so there's three of you on the line. Two people helping one person for 10 minutes and then you switched. Really, a half an hour call with your buddies and you will ... We do these in our mastermind and it radically increases the way the results that you get in your accountability. I'm going to suggest that you find a buddy. the things that are coming out of your mouth and then you highlight those words that really have energy.

I remember when I did this and I was writing the cost that the person would have had, had I not helped them with their talk and their offer. I remember when I wrote, "She would have still been the best-kept secret in her field." I was like channeling her and that is one of the most common things that we hear from our clients. Seven years later, it's still one of the most common things is our clients can really relate to feeling like the best-kept secret in their field and that their talk and their offer changes that.

I also remember when I was doing this that my clients would say that they feel like they can sell without being salesy. You see that all over my marketing now but it came from those words. It came from those words. Another one is that when the cost, people would say they feel like they were reinventing the wheel all the time. We say that in our ideal clients. They're like, "Yeah, that's me. I feel like I'm creating something new every time I speak." I got all that really from this exercise. I really want to stress the importance.

I'd like to take a caller who has done the work and you had a big aha. You did the offer communication work and did exactly what I'm saying. You had aha's. You already had openings just from doing the exercise so I can work with you to show the exercise to everyone on the line. If that's you, if you could press "star 2"? Julie: Okay. This may sound familiar to you now, I help people with binge-eating disorder.

Lisa Sasevich: Yes, you wrote in on a call I had before, yes.

Julie: I did the work and it really helped me just take one person and just remember everything that she told me throughout our time working together. I still can't really take all of these and come up with a name for my talk [crosstalk 00:43:27] but I still found the exercise really, really wonderful to be ...

Lisa Sasevich: Great, great. [crosstalk 00:43:33] You won't need to be able to see the name right away. Sometimes, the name will become more evident when we get into module 2 where we're really picking out what piece of your information are we going to go deep dish in because we'll name the talk accordingly. It just may not be time yet but you'll want to keep the worksheet near you.

Let's just give a couple of examples. I won't go through all the things you wrote but for example, the first thing you all want to do is you want to make sure that the person you're thinking about is not a group of people but a person. The best way to do that is to write a first name at the top of your page because it will keep you from slipping into like thinking of all the people you've helped.

Even if you get different results with different people, trust me, this exercise will pull out that thread of transformation that pulls through everything that your mission is about. What was the first name of the person, Julie?

Lisa Sasevich: Wow, I can just feel that. It's so good. I hope you guys can hear that the copy, when you picture the day when Julie has her talk and her offer done and she says, "You know, I want to put this on a webinar. I want to put this onto making an invitation for people to attend, maybe a teleseminar about this." Can you just see the copy? Like, "If you're tired of hiding food and eating in private, if you're embarrassed ... Yes, it is possible to have sobriety with food." It's right there. You can hire a copywriter for $10,000 to write you a sales page and trust me, you're not going to get this.

They're going to need this from you to write your page. Let's just see what the second question pulls out because sometimes it sounds like the first but what we're asking is, the first question asked the exact results. The second question asked what additional transformations happened in her life because of those results. We're now looking a little further out into her life.

Julie: Yes, one of the things was she was finally able to focus and enjoy what's important in her life because she was free from food addiction.

Lisa Sasevich: Awesome. You can just see, the focus and enjoy what's important, the free from food addiction. You [crosstalk 00:46:52] all the juices here.

Julie: Able to eat her favorite food in moderation which she's never been able to do.

Lisa Sasevich: Wow, my heart is warming. That sounds great.

Julie: Also, being more confident in her job at work [crosstalk 00:47:10] with her clients and things and feel sexy again. There were a lot of things.

Lisa Sasevich: Actually, I see like a little set of words like that, sexy again. That may end up being like part of the talk. It could be that is sort of sexy again inside and out or that feeling because even when people are binging and they might have that size

4 they were going for or purging or whatever, do they really feel sexy inside? No, they feel dirty and hiding and embarrassed and broken.

Great work. I know that there's a lot more on your page. I just really want to highlight and inspire everyone in this welcome call to jump in, to do this. It's 30-minute webinar. Everything we're going to give you in bite-size pieces. If you're a really busy person, just get that hour in and make it happen.

Now, the big one, and a lot of people, Julie, will skip this because they think, "Well, this is just the opposite of the other stuff." The question is what would have been the cost to Karen had she not accepted your offer. Again, you have to sort of assume because she did accept your offer. You have to draw out the worst-case scenario here.

Julie: Some of the things were that she would continue to gain weight. She was scared about getting diseases like diabetes, heart disease and cancer. The financial cost of buying bigger clothes, self-hatred. Those are just a few.

Lisa Sasevich: Right, got it. Thank you. The more you can dive down in these and really tap into the pillow talk that people say about this, that the more you can channel Karen, the more juice you'll get on this. You'll see that ... I know there are some of you that are like, "God, I'm a life coach and I help some people with eating and some people with athletics and some people with business success," but there is for each of you what I call an umbrella transformation. Something that's driving all of that like I worked with one gal and what she saw was even though she was coaching people in all these different areas, the string was accelerated results.

It didn't matter if you were trying to move up in your career or find a relationship of your dreams. When you coach with Nikkea, you got accelerated results. That's her thing. When we looked back at her story which you guys will be able to do when you get your hands on Chris Smith's work, we'll do some story work and then he'll take it further. We saw that everything she did, it seemed so related. She was a Feng Shui Chinese art of placement, certified.

She worked in the military like operations and then she was a coach for belief change. They're so different but from doing this and then we saw all of it, Feng Shui is about having accelerated results with the energy in your home and in your life. Operations is about things happening in a streamlined accelerated way and even her belief coach work, her promise was like you could change [age-old 00:50:20] belief in 3 to 5 minutes.

There was this string that started to become apparent the more we work with this. Be open that you might see that too. Sometimes, it's a little time release but beautiful, beautiful work. Julie, when we get to the body of the talk and we get clear on what you're going to teach, you'll look back here and you'll see everything you've shared. No more hiding food and eating in private, being free from food addiction. Being able to eat all your favorite foods in moderation, feeling sexy and

say goodbye to self-hatred. All these things are things that you just said to me. I can sound so brilliant writing your copy with this but it really just came off the page. Thank you for that. Thanks for working together. I appreciate that. [crosstalk 00:51:09]

Julie: Thank you. Do you want to hear about the sources of pain the last question or you just want to move on?

Lisa Sasevich: Actually, I really put that fourth question in more as just another cut. The first three are the most important but is there's something there that you feel like that you wanted to share? I'm happy too.

Julie: No, that's fine.

Lisa Sasevich: Is there anything you saw that was additionally enlightening there? I think it asked whether there are sources of pain that you could solve to try to make sure we're staying on the map.

Julie: Right, like hate dieting and hate feelings of deprivation and hate being seen in pictures or in public.

Lisa Sasevich: Actually, that is so powerful. Yeah, you would want to address that like are you self-loathing when you see your own picture? Well, you did a great job. Grand slam, A+, thank you, Julie.

Julie: Thank you and I appreciate you letting me share all these.

Lisa Sasevich: Absolutely, my pleasure. That was the first exercise there under the Pre-Course Training tab. The second exercise is called Unique Branded System. Now, I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to do this piece. They're both important. When I tell my story that many of you have heard, the reality of my life of having been in Tucson coaching people and then getting out there with my talk, getting a lot more people interested, getting more clients because I was making my offer to more than one person at a time and then having a breakdown because now, I couldn't serve all the people I was attracting and something had to give. That is the first-world problem.

It's the kind of problem you want to have. "Oh, my god, too many people want to work with me and I can't serve them all." Really, that's why we bring you to Ultimate Sales Bootcamp because we need to show you the business model to keep being able to ratchet up your leverage selling, selling to more than one person at a time and the leveraged service, serving more than one person at a time. Whatever your business model, listen, I have a lady that taught dressage. It's like acrobatics on the back of horses. You think, "Well, she can't do that more than one person at a time." Well, she's now teaching online courses to people all over the world and she reports that now her horses are back to being like her love and her hobby versus what happens when you're teaching on them all the day

long. It can get to you.

It's this beautiful transformation. Even if you can't even imagine being able to leverage your service, you're like, "Hey, I'm a hands-on healer. I'm a channel." There are so many ways and that's why I want you to be in our community and you'll be, for three days, at Ultimate Sales Bootcamp seeing all the ways that people in businesses just like yours are leveraging themselves and getting great results for people. Obviously, that's the most important part.

This exercise, Unique Branded System, was the thing that helped me to leap from busting it out with one-on-one service as a coach to $2.2 million of sales and service 10 months later, and that came from one thing. It came from realizing--thank you, God--that I have a system. Now, I didn't know I have a system. I didn't build it as a system but as I helped person after person one-on-one, people came out for VIP days and we built their talks and we worked on their offers and their launches, I started to realize that you know, it happens because I made a VIP day offer and eight people took me up on it and I booked eight days in a row whereas one client for a full day each day. It was like chain smoking.

All of the sudden, sometimes people will just smoke so many packs they don't want to ever smoke again. For me, it was like the opposite. I did so many VIP days that I was in like, I got to see, "Oh, my god, I have a system." I asked everybody about their offer first. Then we always went back and figured out the body of their talk. Then, we'd always go back and make sure they were positioning themselves correctly and then I always would do to check on their seeding and then we'd make sure that the close ... We'd always work on like how they're going to express the transition.

Once I saw that, it changed everything. I was finally able to serve more than one person at a time once I saw that I had a system. I want to talk to one of you before we finish up. I may go just a few minutes over the hour here maybe go until 10 minutes over so I'm just going to give the example and then we'll finish up. I just want to walk through the Unique Branded System example with one of you to show you how powerful it is. Lisa Sasevich: Yes. Well, let me ask you this and I know you're still working on it so you may not have ... Don't worry that it's perfectly said. In a sentence, what is the transformation that you provide with your work?

Marie: The transformation that I provide is basically helping people to step into their power.

Marie: [inaudible 00:58:20] what they're really great at. A lot of people ... For example, yesterday I talked to a photographer. She's like, "I'm not sure which is though. I love this and I love that." So far talking to her I could see where she's needs help and also, will have [inaudible 00:58:35]. "You love fashion. You love this." I said, "Please don't be offended but I don't see [inaudible 00:58:39] photography, but I've seen you here and it wasn't trying to taking photos. I've seen your talent for it and I watched you walk into a room and everything you tell me is like fashion and this." I said, "[inaudible 00:58:54] on that and networking. I said, "Well, why can't your umbrella be events photographer?" She lit up and I talked to her and I said, what are you doing? [inaudible 00:59:04] yesterday but I'm already applying you today and I'm so excited ...

Marie: This is exactly what I'm great at, helping people find that one thing that they really light up with. That's what I like.

Lisa Sasevich: Really, when I talk about ... I have to do something to be able to hear you better because if I interact with you for 10 minutes then everybody is struggling, I'm going to lose people.

Marie: Okay.

Lisa Sasevich: I'd love to keep going but unless we can get you clearer, I won't be able to. Is there a way that you can speak either louder or more clearly into your line? Are you picking up the phone physically?

Marie: Actually, I'm speaking over a computer so I'm not sure if you're hearing me clear now.

Lisa Sasevich: Yes, just to be as clear and maybe a little more volume and we'll try a little bit more. I'd love to work with you. I just have to make sure that there's value for everybody in it. Yes? I love that and I want to show you how simple this is, guys. Some people overthink their brand for eons and they never get out there. Marie said it three times already that she helps people find their one thing. To go forward with find your one thing as her talk, her promise, her platform of who she is, that's how simple. She helps people find their one thing. I help people speak to sell like we don't need to get flowery or cutesy.

In fact, be careful not to sacrifice some cute name that you're attached to that doesn't speak the transformation versus something as simple as, "I help people find their one thing." Listening to yourself, that's why I want you guys to get a buddy in the Facebook group because there's something so powerful in somebody else being able to listen to you and give it back to you like that. It makes me sound brilliant and it's really the same thing you're doing with your clients, Marie, you're listening to them. Sometimes it's hard to do it for yourself.

In fact, most of you, go easy on yourself. If your thing is sales or branding or marketing, sometimes, it's hard just do it for you. Don't beat yourself up about that. I struggled with my own offers and I can see everybody else's so clearly. Marie, the thing that happens if you've got ... I love this because you've got that perfect kind of business where it just seems intuitive like, "I don't know. I just listen to people. I'm intuitive and I can figure out their one thing."

I'm challenging you and to every one of you, listen, I know sometimes what you do might feel intuitive but there are steps behind it. There are things you're looking at first, questions you're asking first, assignments you're giving first. This is the exercise. You'll listen to it. You'll do a little of the work that you can but the real work is going to come as you go back in and start coaching and helping people

and you start noticing yourself. You become your own lab and you start looking for your system and you're like, "Oh, I say that to every person. I asked that of every person. I assign that of every person."

If you've ever been on a series of calls coaching people and you had so many calls in the day that you got to some point where you were like, "Did I say that part?" You couldn't remember if you told them that part, that piece you always say, that's a sign. That piece, that part, it means a part of what? A part of your system. You all have a system. If you're getting results, you do have a method to your madness and I'm challenging you to pull that out and break it into steps and because if you can get that done, this course is going to be a cake walk for you. It's going to be just plug and play of plugging in the different pieces that you identify.

Let's take a quick look at yours, Marie. You have one woman that you helped and her first name is? You're using this one woman named who or man?

Marie: This one woman was Virginia.

Lisa Sasevich: Virginia. I'm sorry, you know what? I got confused. I went back to the offer communication. My bad, my bad. Okay, we're looking at your system. What did you see as far as the steps that you take? Were you able to break it down into five key steps?

Marie: Yes. I actually have eight steps but I want to combine a few to make it five steps because it just sounds so much better and it's easier.

Lisa Sasevich: Yeah, and it will be easier to plug into the Speak-to-Sell formula.

Marie: I start basically with a clear vision, so I always start with the [inaudible 01:03:37] bearing in mind where they want to be. Very often at that stage, I would just get an emotion, not too much details but that's what comes out in the process anyway. Then, I basically clear out. I do a bit of a [inaudible 01:03:51] everything that they have in mind and a lot of that is stuff that is holding them back which are then color coordinated. Basically, it's a family stuff, it's the financials, it's the emotional stuff and I really looked at how we can group these.

Lisa Sasevich: Okay, that's step 2. First is clear vision. Step 2 is what's holding you back, identifying what's holding you back. Okay, step 3?

Marie: What was that? Yeah, have a to-do list and get everything into the calendar, what needs to be done.

Lisa Sasevich: Yes, actions.

Marie: [crosstalk 01:04:30] Yes, actions, that's exactly. They have a clear plan with action, that's when they lead me and then I had accountability calls.

Lisa Sasevich: Is that step 4? [crosstalk 01:04:43] structuring an accountability?

Marie: Step 5 is the course correction. That was [crosstalk 01:04:43] for those people

who I work with long term but ever since I've put this into what my actual strength is, I think that I want to put that back into a one day with a person and not more than that. Just one day, I think that's all I need to help a person find and create what they want.

Lisa Sasevich: Great. This is great. [crosstalk 01:05:15] Thank you, Marie. It's a wonderful example and it's really important for all of you to hear because for many of you, your Unique Branded System isn't going to be that far off from Marie. For many of you, let's face it, they need a vision, a goal, some kind of an assessment of where you are and where you want to be will be your step 1. Step 2 for a lot of you is going to be like before you start teaching him what to do, you've got to teach him what not to do. It might have to do with things to stop doing or identifying blocks. In many cases, that will be similar for a lot of you.

Then, we generally are starting to get into action in step 3 and for her, it's to do the clear plan. Number 4 is her ideas for creating accountability in their life and then number 5, course correcting as you go. It's going to be a process. You might lose the weight. How do you keep it off kind of thing? This is a perfect example. You're going to fly so high in the course because you have this and you want to keep ... There's next steps to these. It's going to be keep evolving. When we get people into our year-long mastermind, we actually do entire naming workshops around this because we need to name each step powerfully. Like each step almost needs to feel like its own transformation.

This is the beginning of a process but this is just a piece that you need to really be able to rock it out in Speak-to-Sell. We'll be interacting more on that on the first call, getting into the offer and UBS side when we get into our coaching next week. If you can get this far as Marie has gotten, you're really setting yourself up for a fabulous foundation. Some of you selling products, maybe you're in direct sales, look to see how can your product become part of a system? Instead of just selling candles and pushing candles, what if you had the romance forever system and step 1 was creating your intention for your relationship and step 2 was creating the environment for your relationship and part of that was always having five candles in every room.

That's like when you look at some of the top direct sellers, that's the secret to success, is getting it into the context of a bigger transformation. Stay with it. You guys are doing awesome.
