I am an accomplished art director with the passion to solve complex design problems, develop fresh creative solutions and inspire change. I have a 20-year proven track record in all aspects of the end-to-end creative process, ranging from high-level conception through execution phase. I oversee, direct and hone the design process, conceptualize and execute creative, intelligent solutions for clients. From digital products (websites and digital campaigns) to complete brand platforms, inclusive of print deliverables and packaging, I manage and collaborate with cross discipline teams including marketing strategists, designers, copywriters, print/media/packaging vendors and front and back-end developers. Ensuring a high standard of visual execution across all media and campaigns, my work involves inspiring and leading other designers while providing direction and feedback towards a common goal. Along with a broad understanding of marketing and design, I have a strong knowledge of creating brand platforms which include visual brand strategies for deliverables such as digital website and campaigns, print and packaging to create value for the brand. My passion in life is to never stop uncovering creative solutions while discovering new ways to incorporate emerging and new media formats into client initiatives. As creative director I oversee the design process, conceptualize and execute creative, intelligent solutions for clients. This includes the creative vision, look, feel, and tone of brands for both B2B and B2C clients.

I am also responsible for leading the creative team. This includes managing and inspiring designers, copywriters and developers on strategy, collaboration, brainstorming and creative execution. Keeping projects in line and on time and managing all external vendors is all part of the job.

Responsibilities included designing and managing promotional and CME projects, inclusive of packaging from CME invitations and meeting support materials to monographs and digital campaigns. Strong client contact and team spirit towards coworkers. Strong account management skills. Management of contractors, such as printers, photographers, illustrators and free lancers. Created time lines and schedules for each job, printing requests and quotes.

Projects included:

Annual reports, promotional materials, corporate identity, marketing collateral— including corporate literature, packaging, logos and special event brochures and posters, trade show deliverables. Strong client management.

Management of printers and all types of vendors was also included. Managed photo shoots and all pro-bono and community work. National and international projects.
