The Coonawarra Premium Vineyards group (CPV) commenced its vineyard developments in 1999. The CPV vineyards are located within 5 kms of the historic township of Coonawarra.

The unique soils and cool climate of the Coonawarra region consistently produce some of Australia's best wines.

CPV is now the largest independent grape growing enterprise in the recognised Coonawarra area.

dB Selection varietal wines are made at the De Bortoli Bilbul Winery where more than 75 years ago Vittorio De Bortoli established the family company, crushing 15 tonnes of Shiraz in his first vintage. Carefully selected fruit is harvested at optimum maturity to produce wines with true varietal expression.

Bruce Tyrrell’s children, Jane, John and Christopher are all involved in the company in both sales and winemaking which ensures a continuing family ownership for the company well into the future with the fifth generation.

Tyrrell's Fifth Generation Classic Dry White

"I nearly did a back flip when I tasted this phenomenal white. Made from a complex blend of Semillon, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc, it's nothing short of sensational and is my white wine of the year."

Taste from across the Tasman

Barking Hedge is grown on the South Island of New Zealand in the idyllic region of Marlborough, where wine is not just a passion…it’s a way of life.

Barking Hedge Marlborough Pinot Noir

Presently, the wine is of a deep vibrant colour exhibiting black boy plums, blackberry with hints of tomato leaf and herbs. Chocolate/roasted coffee bean starting to show along with spice and toasty oak. A firm full palate densely packed with fine tannins, succulent ripe fruit in the middle well integrated with toasty oak.

Barking Hedge MarlboroughSauvignon Blanc

A Single vineyard true Marlborough classic exhibiting flavours of ripe tropical fruits with intense citrus and herbal notes. Vibrant and aromatic.

The style is very much in the 'easy' styled Marlborough -could-be-drunk-anytime and by anyone sort of style.

TITAN PREMIUM LAGER

This is a nice middle-of-the-road beer at a very fair price.

A cut above some of its more sickly sweet neighbours in the “premium lager” niche.

This beer is an excellent choice for a barbecue on a warm day: a good solid thirst-quencher with no pretensions but no glaring faults either.

KELLERBIER

Kellerbier is a really well crafted classic Bavarian Lager – similar in style to Lowenbrau or Hofbrau. It is brewed to the Bavarian Purity Law (1516) which only allows four ingredients – hops, malt, water and yeast. No preservatives or additives at all.

Arriba IMPORTADA CERVEZA ESPECIAL

Arriba is a fully imported beer! If you like Corona, you'll love Arriba!

Light gold in colour and very clear. Aroma is very light and subtle with a pleasant hints of hops. The taste is refreshing, crisp and slightly sweet. A light lager smack at the end with some lingering hops.

Best enjoyed well chilled with a slice of lime. Great with hot and spicy food.
