Financial conditions and recent analyst surveys show that growth is back in the lending & leasing
industry, but it is still not the environment that we knew before the 2008 fi nancial crisis. Regula-
tory pressures, client behavior, and stricter governance have all changed the banking environment.
In this new normal environment, lending and leasing professionals are facing increasing
