ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Photographer, Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co., and the Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing, and providing the document is signed by all the relevant parties.

RESERVATION: Once signed, Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the retainer fee is non-refundable due to change of wedding date or cancellation of services. However, the retainer fee is not forfeited if a scheduling change can be made which does not conflict with prior engagements of the photographer.

TIME: We begin shooting all weddings a MINIMUM of (2) HOURS PRIOR to ceremony start time. This allows us to capture all of the story-telling details of your wedding day (dress hanging, shoes, jewelry, flowers, getting into gown, bride alone, bride with girls, groom alone, groom with guys). Cassie Peech & Co. or Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. cannot be held responsible for photos/moments missed or not captured, due to: a.) Not having adequate time (2 hrs) prior to ceremony, to begin shooting. b.) Bride, Groom or wedding party members arriving late to the venue. c.) Other vendors arriving late to the venue or not fulfilling their obligations under contract terms. d.) Other vendors creating obstacles for our photographers, that they refuse to move.

EDITING: We provide color enhancement of all images. We do not do touch ups for blemishes, wrinkles, double chins, saggy necks or any other cosmetic retouching. Please allow a minimum of four (4) weeks for post-processing and delivery of Clients’ final images.

COOPERATION: Both parties agree to cooperation and communication to produce the best possible results for the event listed. Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. recommends an “event guide” assist the photographer to point out important individuals for informal or candid photographs during the wedding. The photographer is not responsible for miss photographs due to key individuals failing to show or cooperate or details not revealed to the photographer.

COPYRIGHT: All photographs, digital negatives, and prints produced by Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. are protected under Federal Copyright Laws (all rights protected) and can not be reproduced in anyway without explicit and written permission from Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co.. However, upon final payment by the Client, limited copyright ownership of the images transfers to the Client under the following conditions:

-The digital negatives are the property of the Client for personal use and purposes of the reproduction and distribution of photographs to family and friends.

-The Client must obtain written permission from, and compensate Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. prior to any event where the Client or the Client’s family or friends sell or publish the photographs.

MODEL RELEASE: The Client hereby assigns and grants Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. the full and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. It is agreed that Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. may display and use the photographs taken for internet promotion, photographic contests, and public display. The Client hereby releases Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to find an alternative photographer. Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer able and/or willing to provide a similar package as chosen in this contract. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. takes the greatest care in production, transportation, and storage of photographs. However, in the highly unlikely event of the Clients photographs being lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed within or beyond Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co.’s control, liability is limited to return of payment for services and shall not exceed contract price listed above. Limits of liability on partial loss of originals shall be proportional to percentage of images lost.

HOUSE RULES: The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official and/or the reception site management. The Client agrees to accept the technical results and photographic limitations of their imposition on the photographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the Client’s responsibility; Lili Lu By Cassie Peech & Co. will offer technical recommendations only.
