The Fundación Alambique para la Poesía is registered in the Registry ofFoundations of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Spain, with registrationnumber963.Redpill Ventures is a Token builder that has been carrying out varioustokenizations since2018, fromutilities to securities and STOs, investment funds,NFTsandlaunchingofitsownprojects,accumulatingmorethan30initiativesfrommultiplesectors.ThecompanyisdirectedbyMiguelCaballeroandJavierOrtiz,foundersofTutellusand TurinLabs, where they provide services with their own infrastructure andequipmenttoclientsaroundtheworld.

2.IntroductionOne of the founding purposes of the Fundación Alambique para la Poesía(hereinafter"LaFundación")isthedisseminationofPoetry,byallmeansandinallpossibleplaces(FundaciónAlambiqueparalaPoesía,2010).SincetheappearanceoftheInternet,thetransmissionandspreadof informationin the world by electronic means has meant a fundamental change in humanactivityandhasdrivengreatchanges inculturaldiffusion.This facthascoexistedwithphysical supportsandwith the traditionaldisseminationofcultural content,specifically with books and their different forms of communication andcommercialization.Thecontents,andthebooks,havebeendigitizedtofavortheirpreservation and dissemination, which today can be done through multiplecomputermediaandfrommultipletechnologicalandcommercialplatforms.On the other hand, the most recent appearance of Blockchain technology (andspecificallyoftokenization),hasmeantatechnologicalrevolutionofwhichitisstillnotpossible toglimpsetheenormous impact that itcanhaveonhumanactivity.This technology allows the storage and transmission of the value of things andculturalcontentsbetweenindividuals,withouttheneedfortheactionofatrustedthirdpartytoguaranteethesetransactions.Forthis,Blockchaintechnologyusesacryptographic method based on decentralized computation of mathematicalalgorithms, with consensus protocols for the certification of the validity ofinformation and value, and smart contracts that automate processes, thusvalidatingandguaranteeingtraceability,securityandimmutabilityoftransactions.As Ángel Guinda considers, in his essay “El Mundo del Poeta. El Poeta en elMundo” (2007), new technologies are frequently used by the society as an end,rather than a means. From the La Fundación we intend to use the Blockchaintechnologyasanadditionalmediumtohelpspreadpoetryglobally.Thus,LaFundaciónwantstotakeadvantageof,andusethistechnologytospreadpoetry in a novel way, in what we intuit is a newway of relating to the globalmarket, and to bring everyone closer to the opportunity to access these digitalcontents while preserving access to physical books, thus uniting the digital,mathematicalandcryptographicworld,withthetraditionalworldofprintedbooks.This approach we are going to circumscribe the environment of poetry in itsvariouswaysofexpressingitself,althoughthemodelthatwedescribeandlaunchhereinanoriginalway,itisusableforthediffusionofanyculturalwork.

3.DiffusionofpoetryandblockchaintechnologyTheemergenceofsocialnetworkshasledtoademocratizationofaccesstocultureandaccesstothepublicationof literarycreation.Today it ispossible, inasimpleway, throughablog,awebpage,orwithinanyof thesocialmediaplatforms, topublishcontentandmakeitaccessibletoanyonewithinternetaccessanywhereintheworld.This,undoubtedly,affectsthedisseminationofpoetry,andcontributesto the appearance of innumerable contents that can be qualified, or that arequalified or self-qualified, as poetry, regardless of its value that the academicworld,orthereaderingeneral,cangrantthem.This reality has changed the relationship between thework and its readers, andalsohaschangedtheperceptionthatcreatorsofpoetryhaveofthepossibilitiesofdisseminationof theirwork,andeven theperception theyhaveof thequalityoftheirownwork, linking itto itsdiffusion.This isalsoapplicabletotheperceptionthat readers have of the works, qualifying them subjectively based on the dataobjectiveofitsdisseminationthatiseasilydiscoveredonsocialnetworks.We are not trying here tomake a critique or analysis of this social and culturalreality,which is basedon a current technological reality that haspromoted verysubstantialchangesinthemodesandhabitsofsocialrelations.As stated by Reynoso C. (2011), in his work “Social networks and complexity:Interdisciplinarymodels in the sustainablemanagement of society and culture”,theprogressofthesciencescanbephilosophicallyquestioned,ontheotherhand,the progress in mathematical techniques is beyond dispute. We want to takeadvantage of a new technology, based on mathematics, which appears asdisruptive(NoferM.etal,2017)(Atzori,2017),orperhapsasafoundationalofanew social reality (Iansití M. & Lakhani K.R., 2017), such as cryptographyBlockchain, to offer a new framework for dissemination, and valuation, of thepoeticwork,fromthecreationofavirtualcurrency,ortoken,that integratestherelationship between written and edited poetic work, and the cryptographicBlockchain world, in which cultural content and works are transmitted anddisseminated,andspecifically,poeticworks.Thisvaluation,whichwillbeimplicitinthevalueofthetoken,isnotgoingtomeaninanyway,anevaluationofthepoeticwork, but simply the valuation of the mentioned token according to a marketregulated by supply and demand, but it will facilitate the dissemination of thework. It is not, therefore, an experiment to value cultural works, poetry in thiscase, but it is about using a new technological medium, called Blockchain, and

based onmathematical cryptography, to ensure the dissemination of the poeticwork,althoughwithoutadoubtthisnewmedium,whichgeneratesanewmarket,willalsocontributetothevaluationofthepoeticwork.The objective therefore of the La Fundación is to unify theworld of technologymathematics,with theworld of poetry, through cryptographic transactions, safeand immutable, which facilitates the global dissemination of poetry. At ouropinion,bothworlds,poetryandmathematics,sharebeautyandtruth.

4.Technologicalsolution
4.1. POEM,theNFTtokenThe first token issued corresponds to the book "Los trabajos de la muerte", byJorge Dot, edited byOlifante, in its collectionPapeles de Trasmoz. This token iscalled POEM. It is a non-fungible token (NFT), indivisible, and that establishes adirectanduniquerelationshipbetweenthecorrespondingbooks.250 tokensarecreatedfor250uniquebooks.Fortheeditionofnewtitles,thewordPOEMfollowedbyacorrelativenumberwillbeusedasthenameofthetoken.Thus,thenextpublishedbookwillbeassignedthenamePOEM2.The possession of the token implies the right to obtain the physical book inexchangeforthetoken,aswellasaccesstotheentiredigitalcontentofthebook,forreading.The physical book will be deposited and guarded by La Fundación, or it will beprintedatthemomentinwhichtheownerofthetokendecidestoexchangeitforthe physical book (redeem it). La Fundación will send the physical book to thepostal addressprovidedby theownerof the token,whohasdecided to redeemsaidtoken,andthetokenwillbedestroyed(seeFigure1.)

Thebook sentwillhavean indicator codeof the tokenassigned to it (hash), thenumberofthebook,andtheauthor´ssignature(seeFigure2.)

4.2. ProcessofacquisitionofthetokensThe token is registered in the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) under the BEP721standard, with features typical of an NFT (Non Fungible Token), such asindivisibility, non-mining (limited to250units), ownershipof each tokenand thecryptographicrelationshipthroughuniquehasheswiththecorrespondingbooks.The token can be purchased, by accessing from poesia.io or directly enteringpoem.exchange.Inbothcasesthebookcanbebought,soldorredeemed.
• To buy them, we only need to have BNB and be connected with ourMetamasktoBNB.Thepriceofthetokenatalltimesissetbythecontractitself. By purchasing them, the contract will give us access to the book indigitalversion,withitsuniquecharacteristics.

• To sell them, we will have to approve a prior contract (give POEMpermissionstoreadandextractthetokenfromourwallet)andwewillsellitatthepricesetbythecontractatthattime.
• Toredeemthemtheprocesswillbesimilartothepreviousone,wewillonly
completeourinformationtoreceivethephysicalbookatapostaladdress.Thatsaid,wehopetofind2typesofbuyers:
• Thetraders,whowillcarryoutbuyingandsellingoperationsinordertoearnmoneyfromarbitrage.
• Theholders,whowillsavetheirtokenwiththeaimofmakingitworthmore
over time, as well as there will be those who decide to burn some toincreasethepriceoftherestandthusreceivethephysicalasset.
The important thing is to analyze the tokenomicmodel, the liquidityof thepoolandthenumberofoperationsthatcanbecarriedouteachmonth.Whiletheusercanbenefit fromthe increase in thepriceof the tokenasdemand increases, theliquidityprovider(issuer)willbaseitsbusinessmodelonthefeeschargedineachtransaction(0.17%).
4.3. TokenpriceevolutionThefollowinggraphshowsthepriceofeverytokensold:

Wecheckthatupto100unitssoldthepriceremainsupto$1,000pertoken;Unit#150willalreadyreachapriceof$7,700andfromtoken#200thepriceshootsupabove$30,000.Itmustberememberedthatthecontractwillalwaysbeavailableandwithliquiditytobeabletobuytokens,soitwillbeveryinterestingtomonitorthemodelanditsresults.The important thing is to analyze the tokenomic model, the liquidity of thecontractandthenumberofoperationsthatcanbedoneeachmonth.Inthisway,the user can benefit from the increase in the price of the token as its demandincreases, and the first buyers will have bought at a tremendously competitiveprice.In short, thePOEMtoken representsa full-fledged socialexperiment:as it is thefirsttokenizationbyNFTofabookofpoetryintheworld,wewillseeinthecomingmonthshowthetoken iscapableofabsorbingvalueandhowthemodelevolvesfrom the prospect of financing other similar projects. It is, without a doubt, anexcitingworldthatcanmarkthegenesisofmanyfuturetokenizations.
