• Each student from Gr 1 to Yr IV is assigned a Mentor
• Guidance, advice, and encouragement about academic, personal, emotional, social and spiritual development

Qualified and trained school staff or parent appointed by the school
Mentor • A life coach, a mature friend, a caring adult
• Principal role: help the student chart a life course and provide direction for self-development
