I generatori della serie ECO-ECP sono autore-golati, brushless a 2 e 4 poli.Hanno induttore rotante provvisto di gabbia dismorzamento e indotto fisso a cave inclinate.Gli avvolgimenti sono a passo raccorciato perridurre il contenuto armonico.I generatori sono costruiti in conformit alledirettive CEE 2006/42, 2006/95, 2004/108 erelative modifiche, alle norme CEI 2-3, EN60034-1, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS4999-5000,CAN/CSA-C22.2 N14 - N100.Le prove per la verifica della compatibilita? elet-tromagnetica sono state eseguite nelle condi-zioni prescritte dalle norme, con il neutro colle-gato a terra.Esecuzioni in accordo ad altre specifiche pos-sono essere eseguite su richiesta del cliente.La struttura meccanica, sempre molto robu-sta, consente un facile accesso ai collega-menti e permette di eseguire le verifiche nellediverse parti altrettanto facilmente.La carcassa e? realizzata in acciaio, gli scudi inghisa, l?albero in acciaio C45 con ventola calet-tata.Il grado di protezione e? ECO-ECP 2 and 4 pole alternators are bru-shless, self-regulating and incorporate a rota-ting inductor with damper cage winding and afixed stator with skewed slots.The stator windings have a shortened pitch toreduce the harmonic content of the outputwaveform.The alternators are made in compliance withthe 2006/42, 2006/95, 2004/108 CEE directi-ves and their amendments, and the CEI 2-3,EN 60034-1, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS4999-5000, CAN/CSA-C22.2 N14 -N100 regula-tions.Tests to verify the electromagnetic compabilityhave been carried out in the foreseen condi-tions by the standards with the neutral connec-ted to the earth.On customer?s request alternators can be ma-nufactured according to different speci-fications.The robust mechanical construction givesgood access to the generator output connec-tions, and allows the user to inspect the va-rious components with ease.The casing is made of steel, the shields of castiron, and the shaft of C45 steel and it has akeyed fan.The mechanical protection level meets stan-dard IP21 (upon request higher levels of pro-tection can be supplied).Insulation materials meet Class H requi-rements, and all rotating components areepossy resins impregnated; higher voltageparts, such as the stators, are vacuum-treated(special treatments are available on request).Radio interference suppression meets the re-quirements of grade ??? of VDE 0875 regula-tions.

Construccio-nes de acuerdo con otras especficas podrnser realizadas bajo pedido del cliente.La estructura mecnica, siempre de gran con-sistencia, permite un fcil acceso a los co-nexionados, como as tambin un control delas diferentes partes de la misma.La carcasa est construida en acero, las tapasen fundicin, el eje en acero C45 con ventila-dor acoplado. Die elektromagnetischeVertrglichkeitsprfungen wurden, wie in denNormen vorgeschriebenen mit geerdetemSternpunkt ausgefhrt. Ausfhrungen, die an-deren als den angegebenen Spezifikationenentsprechen sollen, knnen auf Kundenan-frage hergestellt werden.Die mechanische, sehr widerstandsfhige, ro-buste Struktur ermglicht leichten Zugang zuden Verbindungen und Anschlssen und er-laubt eine ebenso leichte Kontrolle der ver-schiedenen Teile. Das Gehuse besteht ausStahl, die (Schutz) schilde aus Gueisen, dieWelle aus C45-Stahl mit aufgezogenem Lf-terrad. Die Schutzklasse ist IP21 (auf Anfragekann auch eine hohere Schutzklasse realisiertwerden).Die Isolierungen entsprechen der Klasse H,die Imprgnierungen erfolgen mit Epoxi-dharzen fr die drehbaren Teile, bzw, durchVakuumverfahren fr die Teile, die erhhterSpannung ausgesetzt sind, wie z.B. VERIFICA ALLACONSEGNA

IDENTIFICAZIONEMACCHINA

Prima di qualsiasi intervento di pulizia, lubri-ficazione o manutenzione assicurarsi che ilmotore primario a cui e? collegato il generatorenon sia in funzione, ma fermo e isolato dallesue fonti di energia.

Per fermare il generatore occorre seguire scru-polosamente la procedura di arresto del si-stema di trascinamento; il generatore non e?previsto di Stop/Emergenza, ma si arrestaistantaneamente in relazione al sistema di ar-resto predisposto dall?installatore.

PRESCRIZIONI DISICUREZZA

Alla consegna del generatore controllare conla bolla di accompagnamento che non cisiano danni o parti mancanti; nel caso infor-mare immediatamente lo spedizionere, l?assi-curazione, il rivenditore o la Mecc Alte.

The ECO-ECP alternators comply with theEEC 2006/42, 2006/95, 2004/108 directivesand their amendments; therefore they pose nodanger to the operator if they are installed,used and maintained according to the instruc-tions given by Mecc Alte and provided thesafety devices are kept in perfect working con-ditions.

Therefore a strict observance of these instruc-tions is required.

Any reproduction of this manual is forbidden.

MACHINEIDENTIFICATIONAlways indicate the generator type and codewhen contacting Mecc Alte or the authorizedafter-sales service centres.

INSPECTION ONDELIVERY

When the alternator is delivered, check thatunit conforms with the delivery note and en-sure that there are no damaged or defectiveparts; should there be any, please inform theforwarding agent, the insurance company, theseller or Mecc Alte immediately.

SAFETYREQUIREMENTS

Before any cleaning, lubrication or mainte-nance operation, ensure that the generator isstationary and disconnected from the powersupply.

When stopping the generator, ensure the com-pliance with the procedures for stopping theprime mover.The generator, in fact, has no EmergencyStop, but is controlled by the device arrangedby the installer.

Pour couper un alternateur, il faut suivre scru-puleusement la procdure d?arrt du systme??entranement, l?alternateur n?est pas pourvu??arrt d?urgence, mais il s?arrte instantan-ment en fonction du systme d?arrt prvu par??installateur.

Um dem Generator zu stoppen, ist es erforder-lich genauestens das Abstellverfahren fr dasZugsystem einzuhalten; der Generator ist nichtmit einem Sicherheitsabschalter (?NOTAUS?)versehen, sondern er stoppt unmittelbar inAbhngigkeit von dem Abschaltsystem, dasvom Hersteller vorgesehen ist.

Para detener el generador es necesario se-guir escrupolosamente los procedimientos dedetencin del sistema de arrastre; el genera-dor no posee un Stop/Emergencia, pus elmismo se detiene instantaneamente en fun-cin del sistema de stop preparado por elinstalador.

Il generatore va installato in un ambiente ae-rato. Se non c? sufficiente aria oltre al malfunzionamento esiste pericolo di surriscalda-mento (tab. 23 pag. 72). Sulla porta di in-gresso del locale ci deve essere un cartelloindicante il divieto di accesso alle personenon autorizzate.

For handling the unpacked generators,always use the special eyebolts only; useropes having a suitable carrying capacity anddo not lift the generator too much from thefloor (max 30 cm.).

When the machine is worn cut, contact thecompanies in charge of the disposal of fer-rous material and do not throw away its partsinto the environment.

Nelle fasi di montaggio e smontaggio dellarete, assicurarsi di tenere in posizione con lemani la stessa per evitare che l?elasticit dellarete possa colpire l?operatore o chi nellevicinanze.

In alcuni tipi di generatore i regolatori sonocorredati di 3 led visibili dall?esterno (standardper macchine grandi e opzionale permacchine piccole):Verde - funzionamento regolareGiallo - intervento protezione sovraccaricoRosso - intervento protezione bassa velocita?.

I generatori sono rumorosi (tav. 23 pag. 72);anche se il livello acustico sicuramenteinferiore a quello del motore primario, devonoessere installati in ambienti isolati (stanza,sala macchine, etc.) e chi vi accede devemunirsi di cuffie antirumore.

I generatori sviluppano calore anche elevatoin funzione della potenza generata.Pertanto non toccare il generatore se non conguanti antiscottatura e attendere, una voltaspento, che esso raggiunga la temperaturaambiente.

Anche se la macchina e? protetta in tutte lesue parti evitare di sostare nelle sue vici-nanze.

Per nessuna ragione appoggiarsi o sedersisul generatore.

Non togliere per nessuna ragione le etichette,anzi richiederne la sostituzione in caso dinecessita?.

PERICOLO DI CORTO CIRCUITOIl generatore e? costruito con grado di pro-tezione IP21; pertanto e? fatto divieto diutilizzare qualsiasi tipo di idropulitrice e dispruzzare liquidi sopra le parti elettriche.

Bei der Montage und Demontage desSchutzgitters muss sichergestellt werden,dass dieses mit beiden Hnden festgehaltenwird. Damit soll vermieden werden, dass dasG itter aufgrund seiner elastischen Spannungden Bediener oder in der Nhe befindlichePersonen verletzt.

Bei einigen Installationen (Standard fr groeMaschinen und Optional fr kleine Maschi-nen) sind die Regler mit drei von auen sicht-baren LED's ausgestattet.grn -Normalbetriebgelb -Sicherheitseingriff

Die Generatoren sind laut (Abb. 23 Seite 72);auch wenn der Geruschpegel durchaus un-terhalb dem Pegel des Hauptmotors liegt,mssen sie in isolierten Rumlichkeiten(Rume, Maschinenrume, usw.) aufgestelltwerden. Personen, die diese Rume betre-ten, mssen sich mit Kopfhhrern vor demLrm schtzen.

Die Generatoren entwickeln Wrme auch inerhhtem Mae, jeweils in Abhngigkeit vonder erzeugten Leistung. Aus diesem Grundeist die Maschine nur mit Verbren-nungsschutzhandschuhen zu berhren.Ist die Maschine ausgeschaltet, ist abzuwar-ten, da diese wieder Umge-bungstemperatur annimmt.

Auch wenn die Maschine vollstndig abgesi-chert ist, ist der Aufenthalt in ihrer Nhe zuvermeiden.

Aus keinem Grunde darf man sich an denGenerator lehnen oder sich auf ihn setzen.

Aus keinem Grunde sind die Etiketten zu ent-fernen, stattdessen ist bei Bedarf Ersatz an-zufordern.

GEFAHR VON KURZSCHLSSENDer Generator wird in der Schutzart IP21 kon-struiert; folglich ist es verboten die elektrischenTeile zu bespritzen und Behlter mit Fls-sigkeiten auf diese zu stellen.

Mssen Teile ausgewechselt werden, sindausschlielich originale Ersatzteile anzu-fordern.

Beim Austausch von Verschleiteilen ms-sen die im Kapitel "Wartung" angegebenenVorschriften strengstens eingehalten werden;diese Wartungsarbeiten mssen von entspre-chend qualifizierten Technikern durchgefhrtwerden.

Los generadores son ruidosos (tab. 23 pag.72), y si bien su nivel acstico es segura-mente inferior al motor primario, los mismosdebern ser instalados en ambientes aisla-dos (cabina, sala mquimas, etc.) y las perso-nas que acceden debern llevar auricularesantiruido.

Los generadores producen calor, y el mismopuede ser elevado en funcin de la potenciagenerada,por lo tanto no tocar la mquina sino se posee quantes antiquemaduras, de-spus de un tiempo de haber detenido elgenerador, hasta que el mismo alcance latemperatura ambiente.

Si bien la mquina est protegida en todassus partes, evitar de pararse cerca de la mi-sma.

Por ninguna razn apoyarse o sentarse sobreel generador.

When lifting or moving goods by forklift appa-ratus, care should be taken to ensure thatforks are correctly positioned to prevent slip-ping or falling of pallet or crate.

Both packed and unpacked alternators shallbe stored in a cool and dry room, and shallnever be exposed to the inclemency of theweather.

With regard to single bearing alternators (formMD35) please ensure that the rotor securingdevice is in place. Failure to do so may lead toslippage or assembly.

When installing the alternators, always liftthem by using their eyebolts (table 23 pag 72).

En cas de stockage, les alternateurs em-balls ou non, doivent tre dposs dans unlocal frais et ar et jamais exposs aux in-tempries.

Une fois l?alternateur sortie de l?emballage,(monopalier) ne pas enlever le systme defixation du rotor, car dans ce cas, ce dernierpourrait glisser.

Pour les manutentions la fin de l?installation,soulever les alternateurs, toujours avec leurspropres anneaux de levage (tab. 23 pag 72).

Una vez desembalado el generador,(Monosoporte) no quitar el sistema de fijacindel rotor, pues de otra manera el mismo po-dra deslizarse y caer.

Para mover los generadores antes de suinstalacin, elevarlos siempre por medio desus ganchos respectivos (tab. 23 pag 72).

Once the generator is coupled with an engine,mounted on a baseframe, or installed on acomplete generating set, it cannot be lifted byits lifting bolts. The relevant instructions forlifting complete generating set should be fol-lowed.

Any packing materials should be disposed ofvia correct waste disposal methods. Do notdiscard waste materials into the environment.

MECHANICALCOUPLING

The mechanical coupling is under the soleresponsibility of the final user, and has to bedone at his discretion (for tightening torquesee tab. 22 pag. 71).

A bad alignment may cause vibrations andbearing damages. It is advisable to verify thecompatibility of the generator torsional charac-teristics and the engine (by the customer).On request, Mecc Alte may supply the neces-sary data.

Warnings:

Recordar que, una vez que el generador seracoplado al motor primario, o montado en subase, o instalado en una estructura demanera de formar un cuerpo nico, nodeber ser elevado por medio de susganchos, sino que se debern seguir lasindicaciones del instalador.

ISTRUZIONI PER MONTAGGIO INFORMA COSTRUTTIVA MD35.Un allineamento impreciso pu causarevibrazioni e danneggiamenti dei cusci-netti. E? consigliabile inoltre verificare lacompatibilit delle caratteristiche torsio-nali del generatore e del motore (a curadel cliente).I dati sul generatore necessari per taleverifica sono disponibili nella relativadocumentazione tecnica.

Per l?accoppiamento del generatorecon forma costruttiva MD35, procederecome segue:

a) verificare il corretto posizionamentodei dischi (quota ???) in funzione del tipodi accoppiamento considerato (tavola22 pag. 71); se necessario ripristinarela quota ??? spostando leggermente eassialmente il rotore. In posizione cor-retta il cuscinetto posteriore deve avereun gioco assiale da 0,5 a 2 mm.

b) attraverso una delle due aperturelaterali e ruotando manualmente il ro-tore, individuare sul mozzo della ven-tola, la relativa vite di bloccaggio(ECO28)

c) rendere la ventola libera di ruotareallentando la vite M8 di bloccaggio,utilizzando una chiave esagonale possi-bilmente con testa snodata (ECO28)

d) posizionare uno dei fori dei dischi inprossimita? della parte alta di una delleaperture laterali e posizionare lo scaricorealizzato su una delle pale della ven-tola, nella stessa posizione (ECO28)

e) avvicinare l?alternatore al motore diaccoppiamento

f) allineare uno dei fori di fissaggio deidischi del volano con il foro dei dischiprecedentemente posizionato (punto???)


MECHANICALCOUPLING

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ASSEM-BLING OF GENERATORS WITHMD35 FORM.A bad alignment may cause vibrationsand bearing damages. It is advisable toverify the compatibility of the generatortorsional characteristics and the engine(by the customer).The necessary data for this verificationare available on the concerning docu-mentation.

For the coupling of a generator withMD35 form, proceed as follows:

a) according to the type of the coupling,verify the correct placement of the discs(dimension ???) (table 22 pag. 71); ifnecessary restore the ??? dimensionmoving gently and axially the rotor. Inthe right position the clearance of rearbearing should be from 0.5 to 2 mm.

b) through one of the two lateral ope-nings, and by manually rotating the ro-tor, detect the relevant clamp screw onthe fan hub (ECO28)

c) let the fan be free to rotate by slacke-ning the M8 screw by means of anhexagonal wrench, possibly having anarticulated head (ECO28)

d) position one of the disk holes nearthe upper part of one of the side ope-nings and place the slit that is on one ofthe fan blades, in the same position(ECO28)

e) move the generator close to thecoupling engine

f) align one of the flywheel disk faste-ning holes with the holes of the previou-sly positioned disks (point ???)



MECHANISCHERANSCHLU


INSTRUCTIONS POUR LE MONTAGESOUS LA FORME MD35.Un alignement non prcis peut engen-drer des vibrations et dommages surles roulements. Il est en outre conseillde vrifier la compatibilit des caractri-stiques torsionnelles de l'alternateur etdu moteur ( charge du client).Les donnes ncessaires pour cettevrification sur l?alternateur sont dispo-nibles dans la documentation.

Pour le couplage du gnrateur sous laforme MD35, procder ainsi:

a) vrifier le positionnement correct desdisques (dimension ???) en fonction dutype d'accouplement considr (tableau22 pag.71); si besoin remettre la cote??? en poussant lgrement et axiale-ment le rotor. En position correcte, leroulement arrire doit avoir un jeu axialde 0.5 2 mm.

b) travers une des deux ouvertureslatrales et en tournant manuellementle rotor, reprer la vis de blocage corre-spondante sur le moyeu du ventilateur(ECO28)

c) faire en sorte que l?hlice puissetourner en dvissant la vis M8 de blo-cage en utilisant une cl hexagonale, sipossible avec tte joint (ECO28)

d) placer un des trous des disques proximit de la partie haute d?une desouvertures latrales et placer le dle-stage ralis sur une des pales duventilateur, dans la mme position(ECO28)

e) approcher l'alternateur au moteur decouplage

f) aligner un des trous de fixation desdisques du volant avec le trou des di-sques plac prcdemment (point "d")

Eine ungenaue Ausrichtung kann zuVibrationen und Beschdigungen derLager fhren. Es sollte auerdem ber-prft werden, ob die Dreheigenschaftendes Generators und des Motors kompa-tibel sind (dafr ist der Kunde ve-rantwortlich). Zur Koppelung des Generators mit BauformMD35 ist wie folgt vorzugehen:

a) berprfen Sie die ordnungsgemePosition der Scheiben (abmessung ???)je nach gewnschter Kupplung (Tabelle22, Seite 71). Falls erforderlich, knnenSie das Ma "L" durch leichtes axialesVerschieben des Rotors wieder herstel-len. In der korrekten Position muss dasaxiale Spiel des hinteren Lagers zwi-schen 0,5 und 2,0 mm liegen.

b) Durch eine der zwei seitlichen ff-nungen und durch manuelles Drehendes Rotors ist die entsprechendeBlockierschraube auf der Geblsenabezu erkennen (ECO28)

c) Das Geblse zum freien Drehen brin-gen, indem man die BlockierschraubeM8 mit einem entsprechenden se-chseckigen, mglichst gelenkigenSchlssel lockert (ECO28)

d) Eines der zwei Scheibenlcher inNhe der hheren Seite einer der seitli-chen ffnungen in Stellung bringen.Dabei ist der Abfluss, der sich auf ei-nem der Geblseflgel befindet, in glei-cher Position zu bringen (ECO28)

e) Den Wechselstromgenerator demKoppelungsmotor annhern

f) Eines der zwei Befestigungslcherder Schwungradscheiben mit demvorher eingestellten Scheibenloch an-gleichen (Punkt "d")

INSTRUCCIONES PARA MONTAJEEN FORMA COSTRUTIVA MD35.Un alineamento incorrecto puede causarvibraciones o daos a los cojinetes.Ademas se aconseja verificar la compati-bilidad de las caracteristicas torsionalesdel generador y del motor (respon-sabilidad del cliente). Los valores del ge-nerador para realizar esta comprobacionestan disponibles en la respectiva docu-mentacion.

Para el acoplaje del generador conforma costrutiva MD35, proceder comosigue:

a) verificar el posicionamiento correctode los discos (dimensiones ???) en fun-cion del tipo de acople considerado(tabla 22 pag. 71); si es necesario,restablecer la cuota "L" reposicionandoleve y axialmente el rotor. En la posi-cion correcta el cojinete posterior debetener un juego axial de 0.5 a 2 mm.

b) a travs de una de las dos aberturaslaterales y girando manualmente el ro-tor, individualizar en la placa del ventila-dor, el correspondiente tornillo de blo-queo (ECO28)

c) liberar el ventilador soltando el tornilloM8 de bloqueo, utilizando una llave hexa-gonal posiblemente con cabeza desatada(ECO28)

d) posicionar uno de los agujeros de losdiscos prximos a la parte alta de una delas aperturas laterales y posicionar la de-scarga realizada en una de las palas delventilador, en la misma posicin (ECO28)

e) aproximar el alternador del motor deacoplaje

f) alinear uno de los agujeros de fijacinde los discos del volante con el agujerode los discos antes posicionado (punto"d")


g) inserire ed avvitare parzialmente larelativa vite che blocca i dischi alvolano. Tenendo ferma la ventola(ECO28), ruotare il volano affinch altridue fori si ripresentino nella stessaposizione ed avvitare parzialmente larelativa vite. Ripetere detta operazioneper tutti gli altri fori

h) dopo aver verificato il correttocentraggio dei dischi nel volano motore,bloccare definitivamente dette viti

i) terminata l?operazione di bloccaggiodischi, ribloccare la ventola serrando larelativa vite con una coppia di serraggiopari a 16 Nm 10%; la posizioneradiale della ventola non vincolanteper il corretto funzionamento delsistema

l) montare le due retine laterali diprotezione, fornite a corredo delgeneratore.

??osservanza delle prescrizioni dei punti?i ed ??? di fondamentale importanzaonde evitare seri danni del generatore esituazioni pericolose per cose epersone.

Solamente dopo che il generatore e?stato ben fissato meccanicamenteprocedere all?accoppiamento elettrico.


MECHANICALCOUPLING

g) Insert and partially tighten the screwsthat lock the disks to the flywheel. Kee-ping the fan still (ECO28), turn theflywheel until another two holes are inthe same position and partially tightenthe screw. Repeat this operation for allthe other holes

h) after inspecting the correct centringof the disks on the engine flywheel, thescrews must be completely tightened

i) once the clamping of the disks isover, stop the fan once again by tighte-ning the screw with a torque wrenchsetting adjusted at 16 Nm 10%; theradial position of the fan is not bindingfor the correct operation of the system

l) fix the two lateral protection gridssupplied with the generator.

Compliance with items "i" and "l" is ofthe utmost consequence in order toavoid serious damages to the generatoror hazardous situations for people orobjects.

Only after a correct mechanical cou-pling, proceed with the electrical con-nections.

i) l'opration de blocage des disquestermine, bloquer nouveau le ventila-teur en serrant la vis correspondanteavec un couple de serrage gal 16Nm 10%; la position radial du ventila-teur ne conditionne pas le bon fonction-nement du systme

l) monter les deux grilles latrales deprotection fournies avec le gnrateur.

Le respect des prescriptions des points"i" et "l" est d?une importance fonda-mentale afin d?viter de srieux dom-mages du gnrateur et des situationsdangereuses pour les choses et lespersonnes.

Seulement aprs que l?alternateur soitbien fix mcaniquement, procder auraccordement lectrique.

g) Die entsprechende Schraube, die dieScheiben an dem Schwungradblockiert, ist einzufhren und teilweisefestzuschrauben. Bei festgehaltenemGeblse ist das Schwungrad zum rotie-ren zu bringen (ECO28), bis sich zweiweitere Lcher in gleicher Stellung be-finden. Hierbei ist die entsprechendeSchraube teilweise festzuschrauben.Fr die restlichen Lcher ist dieser Vor-gang zu wiederholen

h) Nach Feststellung der korrekten Zen-trierung der Scheiben in das Motor-Schwungrad, sind die genanntenSchrauben definitiv festzuziehen

i) Wenn der Vorgang der Scheiben-blockierung beendet ist, ist das Ge-blse erneut zu blockieren, indem dieentsprechende Schraube mit einemDrehmoment von 16 Nm 10% zuverriegeln ist; die Radialstellung desGeblses ist hierbei fr den korrektenBetrieb des Systems nicht massgebend

l) Montage der zwei seitlichen Schutz-netze, die mit dem Generator mitgelie-fert sind.

Die korrekte Befolgung der unter "i" und"l" genannten Anweisungen ist vonmagebender Bedeutung, um ern-sthafte Schden des Generators zuverhindern und um Gefahrsituationenan Sachen und Personen zu vermei-den.

Erst wenn der Generator mechanischrichtig befestigt ist, kann mit dem elek-trischen Anschlu fortgefahren werden.

g) inserir y atornillar parcialmente el re-spectivo tornillo que bloquea los discos alvolante. Manteniendo parado el ventilador(ECO28), dar la vuelta al volante para quelos otros dos agujeros se pongan otra vezen la misma posicin y atornillar parcial-mente el respectivo tornillo. Repetir laoperacin para todos los otros agujeros

h) despus de haber verificado el correctocentraje de los discos en el volante motor,bloquear definitivamente dichos tornillos

i) terminada la operacin de bloqueo dediscos, rebloquear el ventilador cerrandocerrando los tornillos con un par de torqueequivalente a 16 Nm 10%; la posicinradial del ventilador no es vinculante parael correcto funcionamiento del sistema

l) montar las dos redes laterales de pro-teccin, suministradas junto con el gene-rador.

La observancia de las prescripciones delos puntos "i" y "l" es de fundamentalimportancia para evitar serios daos algenerador y situaciones peligrosas paracosas y personas.

Solo despus que el generador haya sidoconvenientemente fijado mecnicamente,efectuar la conexin elctrica.


ACCOPPIAMENTOELETTRICO

??accoppiamento elettrico e? a cura dell?utiliz-zatore finale ed e? eseguito secondo la suasola discrezione.Per l?ingresso nella scatola morsetti si racco-manda di utilizzare passacavi e serracavi inaccordo con le specifiche del paese di espor-tazione.

COLLEGAMENTO AVVOLGIMENTISono previsti entrambi i collegamenti, stellacon neutro (Y) e triangolo ( ) in tutti gli alterna-tori (tav. 2 pag. 60).Per passare da un collegamento Y a (es. da400V a 230V) e? sufficiente spostare i pontisulla morsettiera principale (vedere schematav. 2 pag. 60).Nessun intervento e? richiesto sul regolatore ditensione.I generatori sono costruiti di serie con 12 cavidi uscita per consentire di ottenere tensionidiverse (es.230 / 400 / 460 / 800V).I generatori, vanno sempre collegati a terracon un conduttore di adeguata sezione utiliz-zando uno dei due (interno/esterno) appositimorsetti.Dopo aver eseguito il collegamento (per lecoppie di serraggio vedere tabella 22 pag. 71)rimontare il coperchio scatola morsetti.

IMPORTANTE: variazioni di frequenza.La macchina fornita per funzionare a 50Hzpuo? funzionare anche a 60Hz (o viceversa);?? sufficiente tarare il potenziometro al nuovovalore nominale di tensione.Passando da 50Hz a 60Hz, la potenza puo?aumentare del 20% (corrente invariata), se latensione aumenta del 20%; se la tensionerimane invariata la potenza, puo? aumentaredel 5% per effetto della migliore ventilazione.Per generatori costruiti appositamente peruna frequenza di 60Hz nel passaggio a 50Hz,la tensione e la potenza devono necessaria-mente diminuire del 20% rispetto a quellariferita a 60Hz.

REGOLATORI (tav. 3 pag 60)I regolatori tipo U.V.R.6/1-F e S.R.7/2-G pos-sono essere indifferentemente usati nella se-rie ECO-ECP senza modificare le prestazioni.??U.V.R.6/1-F e? montato di serie nelle tipolo-gie 38 - 40 - 43 - 46, mentre l?S.R.7/2-G nelleserie 28-31-32-34.I due regolatori sono perfettamente ugualinelle prestazioni, ma si differenziano nelle se-gnalazioni e nel riferimento.

ELECTRICALCONNECTIONS

All electrical output connections are the re-sponsibility of, and are at the discretion of, theend user.When making terminal box connections, allcable and terminal lugs should meet the rele-vant standards of the country of final destina-tion.

WINDINGS CONNECTIONAll alternators feature both star with neutral (Y)and delta ( ) connections (table. 2 pag.60) .To reconnect from a star to delta connection(for ex. from 400V to 230V), modify the linkingarrangements on the output terminal board(see diagram on table 2 page 60).It is not necessary to adjust the voltage regula-tor.Standard alternators are equipped with 12 ca-bles to offer different voltages (ex.230 / 400 /460 / 800V).The alternator must always be earthed by suf-ficiently rated cable, using one of the inside oroutside terminals.After completing output connections (for ti-ghtening torque see tab. 22 pag. 71), ensurethat the terminal box cover is securely in place.

IMPORTANT: frequency variations.A standard production machine wound for 50Hz can also function at 60 Hz (and vice versa)by resetting the A.V.R. voltage potentiometerto the new nominal voltage value. When chan-ging from 50 to 60 Hz the alternator power,and nominal voltage will increase by 20%, butthe current does not change from 50 Hz value.Should voltage stay at 50 Hz nominal value,then the output power may be increased by5% due to improved ventilation.For machines wound for 60 Hz, changing to50 Hz, the voltage and power values have todecrease by 20% of 60 Hz value.

REGULATORS (table. 3 pag 60)Either U.V.R.6/1-F and S.R.7/2-G regulatorscan be used on the ECO-ECP series withoutaffecting performances.The U.V.R.6/1-F is a standard feature on the38-40-43-46 models whereas the S.R.7/2-Gis standard on the 28-31-32-34 series.The two regulators ensure the same level ofperformance but have different signal systemsand references.

COUPLAGE DES ENROULEMENTSTous les alternateurs sont prvus pour trecoupls soit en toile avec neutre ( Y ) ou soiten triangle ( ) (tab. 2 pag. 60).Pour passer de la connexion Y (par exem-ple de 400V 230V) il est suffisant de modifierla position des barettes sur la planchette bornes (vois schma Tab.2 pag. 60).Aucune intervention n?est ncessaire sur lergulateur de tension.Les alternateurs sont construits en srie de 12fils de sortie afin de permettre d?obtenir plu-sieurs possibilits de tensions (ex. 230 / 400 /460 / 800V).Les alternateurs doivent toujours tre relis la terre avec un conducteur de section ad-quate en utilisant une des deux (interne/ex-terne) bornes appropries.Aprs avoir fait la liason (pour la couple deserrage voir tab. 22 pag. 71), remonter le cou-vercle de la boite bornes.

REGULATEURS (tab. 3 pag 60)Les rgulateurs de type U.V.R.6/1-F etS.R.7/2-G peuvent tre utiliss indiffrementdans la srie ECO-ECP sans en modifier lesprestations. ANSCHLU WICKLUNGENFr alle Generatoren sind beide An-schluarten vorgesehen: Stern mitStempunktleiter (Y) und Dreieckschal-tung ( ) (Abb. 2 Seite 60).Um von einer Y-Schaltung auf eine -Schaltung zu wechseln, (z.B. von 400V auf230V), ist es ausreichend, die Brcken aufder Hauptklemmleiste zu verschieben (sieheSchema Abb.2 Seite 60). Fr den Spannun-gensregler ist keinerlei Eingriff erforderlich.Bei den Generatoren sind serienmig 12Wicklungsenden auf das Hauptklemmbrettherausgefhrt, so da durch entspre-chendes Umschalten 4 verschiedene Span-nungen mglich sind (z.B.230/400/460/800V). Die Generatoren ms-sen immer mit einem Leiter mit geeignetenQuerschnitt unter Verwendung einer derdafr vorgesehenen Klemmen (innen /auen) geerdet werden.Nach Durchfhrung des Anschlusses (frdas Anzugsmoment siehe abb. 22 Seite 71)ist die Abdeckung des Klemmenkastens er-neut anzubringen.

WICHTIG: Frequenznderungen.Ein fr 50 Hz vorgesehener Generator kanndurch entsprechende Drehzahlnderungauch mit 60 Hz betrieben werden (oder um-gekehrt). Dazu ist lediglich am Sollwertpoten-tiometer die mit der genderten Drehhzahlebenfalls sich ndernde Spannung wiederauf die Nennspannung einzustellen.
