Understanding our client’s business is essential to designing a good student living experience. Most major towns and cities in the UK already have a wide range of student accommodation buildings and villages on offer - we recognise the need to keep evolving our designs to ensure students chose to live in the new developments first, thereby maximising occupancy levels.

Our holistic approach seeks to maximise the benefits for each of our clients. We foster strong relationships with developers and operators to understand their product in the marketplace. We then seek to develop and enhance that offering through high quality design. We work with clients from site acquisition stage in developing feasibility studies; assist them in obtaining funding; and finally we transform the vision into reality with our extensive construction and technical knowledge.

We have experience in all methods of project procurement and delivery including; Frameworks, Joint Ventures, Partnerships and special purpose vehicles. We promote a team approach to all stages of our work; we believe strong relationships

We work with our clients and local education institutes to understand the demographics of any particular site. We then design a suitable diverse mix of bedroom types and support facilities accordingly. This can range from cluster apartments to studios and private apartments, all with varying specifications. Bedrooms and en-suite facilities can also vary from singles, twins and doubles. A development may also include leisure facilities,

all environmental and sustainable innovations for the future running of the buildings and present our clients with all the options at an early stage. Together with the contractor we explore new innovations in materials, construction systems and off-site fabrication.
