SOUTHWEST SERVICE AREA MASTER PLANLEVIN TRIANGLE - CONCEPT B
Concept B proposes no development. Given that Linden Hills Boulevard duplicates the alignment of Lake Harriet Parkway & William Berry Parkway, does not provide designated on- or off-street bicycle facilities, is not within the established boundary of Lake Harriet Park or the Chain of Lakes Regional Park, and is not a contributing part of the Grand Rounds National Scenic Byway, concept B proposes divestment of the land from the MPRB system.
CONCEPT B
1. entry features (gateway art and ornamental plantings)
2. public art and pollinator garden nodes
3. enhanced pedestrian crossing with planted bump-outs and wayfinding

SOUTHWEST SERVICE AREA MASTER PLANLYNDALE SCHOOL POOL - CONCEPT A
PROPOSED DESIGN FEATURES
Concept C proposes no development. Currently separated from any recreation center and without a plumbed restroom building, this pool conflicts with uses during school hours. Proposed plans for nearby Painter Park include aquatics which would serve this neighborhood, in addition to the recently upgraded pool at nearby Bryant Square Park. Concept C proposes divestment of the pool from the MPRB system.
CONCEPT C
Full concept development contingent on collaboration with the school.

2. open play area
3. picnic area (with shelter)
4. gathering areas with tables
