General description
The control unit is a level-dependent pump control andmonitoring unit (with display) for either one or two pumps.
The following functions are available:
▪ Tank drainage
▪ Tank filling (using float switches or 4...20 mA sensor)
The ATEX variant of the control unit can be used for pumps inpotentially explosive atmospheres. The control unit is installedoutside the potentially explosive atmosphere.
Main applications
The control unit can be deployed in waste water engineeringand lifting/pumping stations for applications such as drainage,dewatering, water extraction, liquid transport and disposal.
The control unit can be used with the following pumps, forexample:

Two variants are available:
▪ Basic Compact (plastic housing)
▪ Basic Control Cabinet (sheet steel housing)
Basic Compact
Pump control and monitoring unit in acompact housing, with display, for either 1or 2 pumps. The level is determined by atleast one float switch, an analog sensor 4 ..20 mA, an integrated pressure sensor(pneumatic) or - as special version - abubbler system up to 2 metres of water,for motors with DOL starting.
Basic Control Cabinet
Pump control and monitoring unit in asteel cabinet, with display, for either 1 or 2pumps. The level is determined by at leastone float switch, an analog sensor 4 .. 20mA or an integrated pressure sensor(pneumatic or bubbler control), for motorswith DOL or star-delta starting.
