Lettuce LiftUp Vinyl Wall Art Thank you for your purchase! Quick Instructions for Vinyl Wall Art, Stickers or Car Tattoo: 1. Unroll design and allow it to flatten for at least an hour. 2. Make sure your wall or car surface is clean and dry, free of any dust or dirt. Fresh paint or wallpaper should be allowed to dry for at least 10 days before applying vinyl wall art. 3. Hold your design up to the wall and mark a corner or edge with a pencil to help position your design. 4. Place the design on a flat surface with the backing paper facing down. Rub the design firmly with a squeegee or credit card until the design adheres firmly to the transfer tape. 5. Turn the design over and rub the backing paper with the squeegee to help remove the design from the backing paper. 6. Slowly pull the backing paper away from the transfer taper, holding the paper at a slight angle. If parts of the design continue to stick to the backing paper, place the backing paper back onto the design and rub the squeegee firmly over the part that is sticking. Now continue slowly and carefully peeling the backing paper off of the design. 7. Take the transfer tape with the design and position it against the marking you made on the wall. 8. Smooth the design onto the wall with your hand, and then rub the squeegee or credit card firmly over the entire design. 9. Slowly peel off the transfer tape at a right angle. If part of the design sticks to the transfer tape, place it back against the wall and rub it again, then continue to peel back the tape. 10. Check for air bubbles under the design. These can be removed by rubbing the design with a squeegee or clean cloth. 11. Removal: Warm design with a hair dryer to soften adhesive, then peel off. For small designs, it might be helpful to use a razor blade to get leverage. Disclaimer: the longer you leave a decal on a wall, the greater possibility you have for wall discoloration (i.e. the same way as when you leave a picture on the wall for a long time). Helpful Hint: If your design comes with different elements, feel free to cut it apart and position it differently on the wall! For example, the car tattoo is a two-line piece specifically designed to be cut apart and placed where you want it to be on your windshield! Note on WallPsalms: These decals are “peel-and-stick,” which means just that: you peel them off of the backing and stick them on the wall! The wall-safe adhesive allows you to gently peel these designs off and reposition them if they are not quite where you would like them. NOTE OF CAUTION: The longer you leave a WallPsalm in place, the greater the possibility that the vinyl may get damaged in removal, so I cannot guarantee that you can reposition it after a few weeks, although I have had success with my own designs.
