Cancellation Policy

12 hours notice must be given for any changes to bookings. Any treatment not cancelled with a minimum of 12 hours notice will be charged in full if you are an external guest, a 50% charge will apply if you are a registered guest in the hotel.

Delayed Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, so as to ensure there are no delays in the treatment schedule. In the event of you being delayed, we will be forced to reduce the time of your treatment with respect to our following clients.

Stornierungsbedingungen

wurden, wird für externe Gäste der volle Preis berechnet, für Hotelgäste 50 Prozent.

Verspätete Ankunft

Bitte treffen Sie mindestens 5 Minuten vor Ihrem Termin bei uns ein, so dass wir Verzögerungen in unserem Anwendungsplan vermeiden können. Sollten Sie sich dennoch verspäten, sind wir gezwungen, die Anwendungsdauer mit Rücksicht auf nachfol-gende Gäste entsprechend zu verkürzen.

Política de cancelaciones

Cualquier cambio en las reservas debe comunicarse con 12 horas de antelación. Los tratamientos que no se cancelen con al menos 12 horas de antelación se cobrarán íntegramen-te si no está alojado en el hotel, y a un 50% menos si está

hospedado en el hotel.

Retrasos

Acuda a la cita 5 minutos antes de la hora concertada para no retrasar el plan de tratamiento. Si llega tarde, tendremos que reducir la duración del tratamiento para respetar a los siguientes clientes.

Condiciones de Salud

Por favor, háganos saber de cualquier condición, alergia o lesión que pudieran afectar a su opción de tratamiento.

El hotel dispone de un gimnasio totalmente equipado con equipo de technogym, máquinas cardiovasculares y de resistencia, así como zona de pesas. Entrenador personal disponible bajo petición.
