• Our annual reception for members of the Illinois General Assembly will be held atthe Sangamo Club, 227 East Adams in Springfield, on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, from5:00 to 7:00 P.M.

This reception has proven to be a great opportunity to review legislative issues with countyboard members from across the state and with the members of the Illinois GeneralAssembly. Please join us - encourage your fellow board members to attend - and callyour Representative and Senator and ask them to meet you at the reception.

• In cooperation with the University of Illinois, Institute of Government and Public Affairs,we will be conducting an educational seminar the following morning, March 20, 2013, also atthe Sangamo Club. Seminar topics and speakers are being finalized and will be announcedin the near future.
