• Legal data will have to be studied in a jurimetrical way
• Lawyers will be responsible for legal knowledge management as a part of general management
• There will be digital law
• Legislation, judicial decision making and law enforcement will be more international
• Rapid changes make existing rules and techniques obsolete

even less IT.• No credits are given for Organisation and Communication
Skills. It is, however, available to all Business and Trade Law LLM students.
• For all Business and Trade Law students: optional subjects in Marketing - Operations - Strategy, Computer Law, Legal Informatics and Jurimetrics are now available.
• Management, Finance and Acounting are now compulsary for all Business and Trade Law LLM students
