Eliminating theBallast savesadditional costs related to Maintenance, Energy Consumption and Performance.By-passingBallastwillalsoensurethatthereisnoEMi/RFinterference.ItisSTRONGLYRECOMMENDED that the Reflector in the Fixture be removed for Optimum Thermal Management and better Heat Dissipation.
