No. Fin (C)A(3)-11/2003. In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to Article 309 of

the Constitution of India, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following rules

further to amend Central Civil Services (Leave) Rules, 1972 in their application to the State of

Himachal Pradesh, namely :-

1. Short title and commencement.(1) These rules may be called the Central CivilServices (Leave) (Himachal Pradesh) Amendment, Rules, 2012.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in Rajpatra, HimachalPradesh.

2 Deletion of Rules.In CCS (Leave) Rules, 1972, in their application to State ofHimachal Pradesh, -

(a) the sub clause (ii) of sub rule 2(b) of Rule 39 shall be deleted,

(b) the Rule 43- AA shall be deleted;

(c) the Rule 43-B shall be deleted; and

(d) the Rule 43-C shall be deleted.

NOTIFICATION

Shimla-2, 7th March 2012

No. TCP-A (3)-2/2011.Whereas the draft Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning(Amendment) Rules, 2011 were published in the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh (Extra Ordinary) vide

this department notification of even number dated 08.12.2012 for inviting objection(s) and

suggestion(s) from the person likely to be affected thereby, as required under sub-section (I) ofsection 87 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977(Act No.12 of 1977);

And whereas, objection(s) and suggestion (s) have been received within the stipulated

period by the State Government in this behalf and the same have been considered;

Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by section 87 of the Himachal PradeshTown and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977), the Governor, Himachal Pradesh ispleased to make the following rules further to amend the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country

Planning Rules, 1978,namely:-

1. Short title.These rules may be called the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country

Planning (Amendment) Rules, 2012.

2. Insertion of rule-10 D.In the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning

Rules, 1978, after rule 10-C, the following rule 10-D shall be inserted namely :-

10D. The collection of rain water from the roof tops of the buildings shall be compulsorywhere the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 is in operation in the

State as under:-

(i) forall the buildings existing or proposed for construction in future; and

(ii) The guidelines for capturing, storage, integration and distribution of rain water shall

be as given in Appendix IV to these rules.
