Lease Agreement Conditions
1. All instruments should have the student’s name clearly visible on the case.
2. The security of the instrument is the student’s responsibility.
3. When brought to school, instruments must be left in the music storeroom. If an instrument is left unattended elsewhere in the school it is not covered by insurance.
4. The student is responsible, and must pay for, any damage to the instrument through negligence. Any damage must be reported immediately to a member of staff in the music department.
5. As the company from which Scotch College hires instruments charges the school by term, all lease agreements to hire instruments must be by the term. Should a student commence hiring an instrument during a term the full term fee will be payable. Instrument hire fees will be billed to disbursement accounts at the end of each term.
I have read, understood and agree to comply with the conditions of the above Lease Agreement
