Guest Registration

Guest badges are available as a courtesy for paid attendees. A "guest" is definedas a spouse, family member, significant other, friend, or an adult child (over 16 yearsold). A co-worker or an associate within the industry does not qualify for the guestregistration fee. Guest registration is available for ONE guest per registrant. The fee is$50 and entitles the guest to visit the Exhibit Hall. Guest fees do not include admissionto meal functions. Corporate representatives may not register as guests.

Payment Policy

No registration will be processed unless full payment is received with theregistration form. If you do not receive a confirmation a week prior to the meeting,please contact the ANNA national office to confirm receipt of your registration.

Refund Policy

No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Written notice of cancellation mustbe sent to the ANNA National Office, East Holly Avenue Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071-0056 (fax 856-218-0557). A $50 administrative fee will be assessed on allcancellations received in writing and must reach the office no later than September23, 2016. No refunds will be issued after this deadline. Membership fees arenonrefundable. All other monies will be returned to the party who originally issued thepayment. In the event that ANNA should find it necessary to cancel or postpone thiseducational offering for any reason, including, but not limited to low registrationresponses, strikes, or acts of God, the Association shall not be liable for registrant(s)'expenses.
