With this three day conference spanning fromJuly 14-16, we seek to instigate the changeneeded to address the Australian leadershipreality starting with the individual and theirpotential,  providing a comprehensive, transformative leadership experience to notonly develop skills, but perspectives and newframeworks of thinking to be effective youthleaders. AIESEC cannot, and does not want to setdown this path alone – and that’s where we needyou to help us make it happen.

LEAD is something powerful in AIESEC where we trulyfocus on how we can be great leaders for thisorganisation and for the world as well. It's a challengingand beautiful space where we learn about our dreams, fears, strengths and weaknesses and ultimately trulyconnect with our inner selves and our outer world.Being given the opportunity to be the ConferenceCommittee President is going to be challenging butsomething that you will be find completelyunforgettable, you'll not only be able to help markhistory but you'll working to make big changes for thisorganisation and create transformational leadershipexperiences so that leaders/members in AIESECAustralia have the capacity and confidence to leadthemselves and others. I really do encourage anyonethat is interested to take part in this incredibleopportunity and apply with the mindset that LEADCONis going to lead change and pioneer how thisgeneration will lead AIESEC for Australia.
