A South African Rice Dealer required LC Payable at Sight to import 10,000MT of IR64 Raw Rice from Pakistan. The Buyer contacted their bank with the LC request, but the bank declined their request by demanding 100% Cash margin. Since the buyer doesn’t want to block their working capital to provide 100% Cash margin, they searched for Letter of Credit Providers and found Bronze Wing Trading L.L.C., the Letter of Credit providers in Dubai and submitted their LC request to us.
We analyzed their rice transaction and approved their CL request. The client signed the service agreement and paid the service charges. We sent the LC draft for their review.
