It is the rst comprehensivedeve lop ment a greement (CDA) projec t signed in DallasCo unty . The joint p rojec t w ith LBJ Infrastruc ture G roup(LBJIG) w ill leve rag e a $500 million TxDOT inve stm en t into$3.2 billion to build the 16.5-mile project.
