SAP Portal Frequently Asked Questions I don’t have a login, what do I do? My SAP isn’t working. how do I fix it? When are my work hours due? Check your Texas State email. If the email isn’t in your inbox, check your spam folder as well. If you don’t have an email within the first week of work, contact ITAC at 5-4822. Contact ITAC. They will check the status of your account and walk you through what you need to do in order to fix it. All departments should have a sheet showing when time is due. If not, contact your supervisor. It’s recommended to enter your time worked on a weekly basis or at the end of each shift. Look below for a calendar of payroll deadlines! With so many new hires, we recieve a lot of questions concerning the SAP portal. For your use, we’ve compiled a list of the questions we’re most commonly asked about SAP and published them with our answers here. Welcome new staff! Happy Summer LBJ Staff, Summer 2016 at the LBJ Student Center will be a buzz of activity for orientation as well as busy project and program administration from Student Involvement, PALM and Operations as they prepare for another record-breaking fall semester of incoming freshmen. As always, we want to make sure our building looks great and our team is friendly and helpful. e LBJ Student Center is where most parents and prospective students start their introduction to Texas State. e impression that we and our building makes matters! ank you student staff and full-time staff for the amazing job you do for all of our students and guests.
