April 12 – Day 1 – DEPART USADepart on an overnight flight to Tel Aviv from Charlotte.

April 13 – Friday – Day 2- ARRIVAL IN TEL AVIV – NAZARETHWe arrive at Tel Aviv airport and are transferred to our hotel in Nazareth. Overnight Nazareth. (Dinner at the hotel)

April 14 – Saturday – Day 3: SEA OF GALILEE – CANDELIGHT PROCESSION In the morning enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Then we will celebrate Mass at the Mt. of Beatitudes and continue to Jesus’ hometown Capernaum. We visit Tabgha to see the Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fishes and St. Peter’s Primacy then we visit Magdala center. Tonight, after dinner, we join the Christians of Nazareth in a Candlelight Procession at the Church of the Annunciation. Overnight in Nazareth. (B, L, D)

April 15 – Sunday – Day 4 NAZARETH – MT. TABOR – CANA Following breakfast, we visit Mary’s Well and St. Joseph’s Church. At 10:00 AM we celebrate Mass in Arabic with the Christians of Nazareth. Following lunch, we visit Mount Tabor to see the place where Jesus was transfigured before his disciples. At the end of the day we visit Cana of Galilee for the Renewal of Wedding Vows. We return to Nazareth for dinner at the hotel. Tonight, we are joined by Habib Karem, a Catholic man who after living in California for over twenty years chose to return to his homeland with his wife and four children. We will learn about the life of Christians in the Holy Land and have an opportunity to ask questions (Subject to confirmation closer to the arrival date). Overnight in Nazareth. (B, L, D)

April 16 – Monday – Day 5: BAPTISMAL SITE – JERICHO – MASADA – DEAD SEA – BETHLEHEMWe depart Galilee heading toward Beth Arabah, the site where Jesus was baptized at theRiver Jordan where we will renew our Baptismal Promises. We go on to the ancient town ofJericho, where we see the Mt. of Temptation. Lunch and a bread making demonstration areincluded in Jericho. We climb or take the funicular to the hilltop fortress of Masada. Don’tforget to bring your bathing suit for this afternoon’s float in the Dead Sea. Check into ourhotel in Bethlehem. (B, L, D)

April 17 – Tuesday – Day 6: BETHLEHEM – SHARING THE BREAD DINNER In the morning, we visit Manger Square, the Church of Nativity and Shepherd’s Field. We cel-ebrate Mass at St. Jerome Chapel and visit the Milk Grotto. We will have some time to shop in Bethlehem in support of the local Christian families. Tonight, we join the local Christian families for dinner in their homes as we Share the Bread with them. Overnight in Bethlehem. (B, L, Special Dinner)

April 18 – Wednesday – Day 7: MT OF OLIVES – MT ZIONWe check out of our hotel in Bethlehem and drive a short distance to Jerusalem. The day starts with a visit to the Ascension Chapel and Bethpage where Our Lord Jesus Christ started His Palm Sunday walk. We stop at the Church of the Pater Noster where Jesus taught the Lord’s Prayer and continue walking down Palm Sunday Road stopping at Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over the city. We visit the Garden of Gethsemane and celebrate Mass at the Basilica of Agony. Afternoon visits include Caiaphas’ Palace at the Church of St Peter in Gallicantu, the Upper Room, and the Dormition Abbey. Check in and overnight in Jerusalem. (B, L, D)

April 19 – Thursday – Day 8: VIA DOLOROSA & OLD CITY – TEMPLE MT. – ST ANN’S CHURCHEarly this morning we pray the Stations of the Cross along the Via Dolorosa and attend Mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. We return back to the hotel for breakfast. After some time to rest we visit the temple mount church of St. Ann and pools of Bethesda, next to the Chapel of Flagellation and the church of condemnation as well as St Mark church to see the miraculous icon of our lady. Overnight in Jerusalem. (B, L, D)

April 20 – Friday – Day 9: WAILING WALL – WESTERN WALL TUNNELS – ISRAEL MUSUEM This morning we visit the Wailing Wall, and the Western Wall Tunnels, an underground tunnel exposing the full length of the Western Wall. The tunnel is adjacent to the Western Wall and is located under buildings of the Old City of Jerusalem. Then we drive a short distance to the Israeli Museum to see the Model of Jerusalem from the time of King David and the Shrine of the Book which contains the Dead Sea Scrolls. Overnight in Jerusalem. April 21 – Saturday – Day 10: EIN KAREM – EMMAUS – FAREWELL DINNER Morning at leisure. On to Ein Karem, nestled in the Judean hills the home town of Zechariah, Elizabeth and birthplace of John the Baptist; our visit includes the Church of St John Ba Harim “birthplace of John the Baptist then a walk Mary’s spring where Elizabeth came to welcome the Virgin Mary upon her arrival to see her cousin and the Church of Visitation. Here we celebrate Mass. In the afternoon, we will drive to Emmaus to see the Resurrection Church built over the site where Jesus met his disciples after His Resurrection. We will enjoy a farewell dinner. Over-night in Jerusalem (B, Special dinner)

April 22 – Sunday – Day 11: Airport Transfer Depart for the airport and return flight home.

The pace is moderate, however you will encounter some uneven surfaces, stairs, steps and

Airline, seating and special requests: The seats are assigned by the airlines. We do not reserve specific seats. Business class and premium coach seats are available upon request as are add-ons from your hometown airport. Tour Cancellation Policy: $350.00 non-refundable. 90-60 days before de-parture a total of $500.00 is non-refundable. Within 60 days of departure all payments are non-refundable regardless of reason for cancellations. All cancellations must be in writing. Unused portions of the trip are not refundable.
