1Launching GetHealth with your Company
Pre Launch Planning
The following is an outline of the process we use to plan
the launch and implementation of GetHealth for your
company:
1) Set a launch date
2) Plan pre-launch promotion – we recommend allowing
between 4 and 6 weeks for promotion depending on
the size of your company
3) Employee Incentive – the employer is free to set
an incentive for employees in order to encourage
engagement and participation with GetHealth.
4) Promotional package – we provide email templates
& promotional materials to download.
Promotion
We provide the following supports to help companies
promote the launch of GetHealth to your employees:
– Posters – put up in communal areas such as canteen,
notice board etc.
– On-site promotions/health fair – face-to-face employee
sign-up. For further details about our on-site sign-up
promotions package, please contact us.
– Email from administrator – overview of GetHealth and
how the campaign will work. Template emails will be
provided.
– Letter/email from CEO – template will be provided
– Newsletter/Intranet article – feature GetHealth in a
company newsletter or Intranet communication.
– Employee webinar – brief 20-30 min webinar giving an
overview of the app.
– Inform department managers – management buy-in is
vital for boosting employee engagement in the app.
– Wellness champions from each department – employees
to champion the wellness program to their colleagues
can help boost employee engagement (optimum ratio of
1 champion for 30 employees).
