Title: Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections for Spinal Stenosis (LESS): Randomized Controlled Trial. Part of BOLD-CHOICE study-Funded by AHCPR-via ARRA. Goals: The goals of this study were to compare the effect of steroid plus local anesthetic vs. local anesthetic alone in improving pain and function for patient with symptomatic lumbar spinal stenosis. Sub-Award Amount: $80,980 2. Funding Agency: Innovative Neurotronics, Inc. Investigator: Annaswamy (Site-PI). PI-Francois Bethoux, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH Dates: 12/2010-6/2013. Title: INSTRIDE Study. Goals: The goal of this study was to compare the effects of Walk-Aide Functional Electrical System to an ankle-foot orthosis on improvement of foot drop in subjects with hemiparetic stroke.
