This site lies on the edge of the Kingham Conservation Area boundary and within the Cotswold AONB.

PlanningDetailed planning permission was granted under delegated powers on 13th April 2018, for a large 4 bedroom detached dwelling with separate double garage, together with two 3-4 bedroom link detached units.
