TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Overseas Pakistanis who have already been

allotted plot in OPF Housing Scheme RaiwindRoad Lahore need not apply.

9. Physical possession of the plot will be given afterpayment of all dues and completion of thedevelopment works.

2. All payments must to be made in shape ofBank Draft/Pay Order in the name of OverseasPakistanis Foundation Islamabad. Payment can

be made in Pakistani currency or anyconvertible foreign currency. (Cheques will notbe accepted).

10. An allottee will be bound to take possession of his / herplot on the date prescribed by the Foundation,however if he / she fails to do so on the prescribed

date it will be presumed that he / she has taken overthe possession on due date.

3. On receipt of allotment letter, applicantsdesirous of paying the balance amount in full(within prescribed period) will be entitled totwo percent discount on the total price.

11. All allotted plots are transferable, after clearing alldues and obtaining NOC subject to payment ofnecessary transfer fee and completion of otherrequisite formalities.

4. Advance money of unsuccessful applicants willbe refunded in Pakistani currency afterballoting.

12. In case an allottee wishes to surrender his/her plotafter allotment, ten percent of the price of the plot willbe forfeited

5. In case of allotment of a corner plot, tenpercent extra amount will be charged.

13. All taxes levied by the Government, includingregistration fee and stamp duty etc. will be borne bythe allottee.

6. In case of allotment of a plot on main DoubleRoad / Circular Road, ten percent extra amountwill be charged.

14. The allotted plots can only be used for residentialpurposes. Subdivision or other such changes will not beallowed.

7. A surcharge of fourteen percent per annum willbe charged on all delayed payments.

15. After allotment of plot, the allottee will be responsiblefor the payment of all kind of taxes, if any.

8. If an allottee fails to deposit two consecutiveinstallments, his/her allotment may be liable tocancellation. On such cancellation of plot 10%of the price of the plot will be deducted asservice charge.

16. If an allottee violates rules & regulations or at a laterstage it comes to the knowledge of the Foundation thathe / she has concealed facts or has used fraudulentmethods to obtain allotment, the Overseas PakistanisFoundation reserves the right to cancel such allotmentand deduct ten percent of the total price of the plot.

Payment Schedule

Down payment with the application 30% of the price of plot selected.

Remaining 70% in five, six monthly equal installments as per schedule below:

Note:Balance payments will made in five equal half yearly installments as per payment schedule which will be provided in theallotment letter.Amenities charges shall be payable at prescribed rates at the time of possession.
