REFUND POLICIES

Courses or course packages may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have NOT completed any of the contact hours.

ONLINE COURSES can be exchanged for another online course of your choosing or you can request a full refund.

MAILED COURSES can be returned provided they are in the same new condition that you received them in. Any visible damage – marks, folds, creases, etc. – will disqualify the item from a refund. When returning, please package appropriately and insure the item against damage. A $5.00 restocking fee is charged on all mailed items >$50.

FINANCIAL POLICIES

There is a $35 fee for all returned checks, which is in addition to the original amount of the items ordered. Unpaid balances > 30 days will result in forfeiting of your contact hours until the balance is paid ij full. Q. What course completion date goes on my certificate? A. The date that we receive your answer sheet in our office.

Q. I need my certificate dated on a certain day because of license renewals how can I be sure that this will happen? A. 1.) Allow adequate mailing time, taking into consideration weekends and holidays when we are not in the office. 2.) Overnight the answer sheet to us - using a “TRACKABLE” service. 3.) Complete the course/quiz online.

Q. What score is considered passing? A. A score of 70% or higher is considered a passing grade. In the event that you do not pass on your first attempt, you are allowed a second attempt to score a passing grade.

Q. Does your company allow me to fax my answer sheet to your office? A. YES, you may fax your answer sheet to 561-775-4948. Include a cover sheet with your full name, license number

& telephone number. Keep a record of the time & date you send the fax in the event that there is a problem!
