What You Need1 box fudge brownie mix, 18 oz.1 pkg deep dish frozen pie crust (thawed)1 c creamy peanut butter1 pkg cream cheese, room temp, 8 oz.1/2 c powdered sugar1 tub whipped topping, 8 oz.Miniature peanut butter cups, optional

Fudge Brownie Peanut Butter Pie

Directions• Mix brownie mix according to box.• Spread 1/2 cup of the mix into

thawed pie crust (you can always make brownies with the rest).

• Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and brownie is set.

• While cooling, mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Mix until creamy.

• Add the peanut butter and mix until well blended.

• Mix in 1/2 of the tub of whipped topping until well blended.

• Spread the mixture into the crust when it is completely cooled.

• Spread the remaining whipped topping over the filling. Top with miniature peanut butter cups if desired.

• Refrigerate for at least an hour and enjoy.

This year brought us a spectacular art gallery with a special display by the Rio Grande Valley Old Farm Equipment Club of a cotton farming operation. The art gallery offered an opportunity to learn about our heritage, and showcase the imagination and talent of our local and neighboring artists. The Baking Competition highlighted the
