3) Choose your ‘Pie’ option – ‘3-D Pie’ (circled) is a nice neat option.

4) will then open up – this is where you enter the data and values needed in order to make your Chart – for example:

* All you need to do is type in the necessary Data

5) When you go back into PowerPoint, the ‘Pie chart’ will be automatically updated and presented in the requested format.

Important! – Make sure you leave enough room in the slide to comment on the results and (if necessary) highlight the Question you asked.
