Kyvyt.fi: CV+ and making a multilingual résumé page

CV + allows multi-lingual (Finnish, Swedish and English), CV's maintenance.

If you have already completed your information in Content Résumé, you can use this information to

create CV+.

To do this open CV+ page and choose “New CV+ résumé”.

Name your résumé and choose the language. In this example we’ll choose English because Résumé is also

in English. Choose “Copy résumé” and then “Create résumé”.

Now your résumé information is also availabe on CV+. If you want to edit the information click the titles.

Next we’ll edit Education history.

Note: this changes will not be updated to the old Résumé.

To add education information, click “Add”. There are two icons on right of the qualification: upper one is

“Edit” and lower “Remove”. You can also edit the title.

If you have not filled in Résumé you can start with CV+: Choose New “CV+ résumé”.

Instead of copying information from existing résumé, create a new one and then fill in the information you

want to tell in your CV.

Give the résumé a title, choose language and choose “Create résumé”.

Fill in the information.

You can also fill in CV+ in Swedish and in Finnish.

Add title, choose language and click “Create résumé”.

Your CV+ versions are listed on CV+ page. When you click the name of the CV, you can edit the information.

You can also edit setting or remove the versions.

Next you can make a page with these languages.

Dontinue to portfolio Pages and click “Create page”.

Give your page a name and click “Save”.

Then choose the layout you prefer, scroll down and click “Save”.

Now add content blocks to the preview area. To add multi-lingual CV page, use blocks with green cross.

Drag and drop the content block to the preview area.

Choose the field and languages and click “Save”.

Repeat the same steps with other content. If you add other than CV+ information, they will be visible in

every language version of the page. For example, let’s add a picture.

You can preview the page with “Display page” option.

To add content blocks or edit the page, click “Edit this page”.

If you want to publish your page, click “Share page”. (See additional information of page sharing if needed.)

Those who can see your page are able to switch the language with flag icons.
