TONSILITIS KRONIKDefinisi Operasional
Peradangan kronis tonsil setelah serangan akut yang terjadi berulang-ulang atau infeksi subklinis.
Cara pengukuran
Menurut Cody & Thane (1993) :•T1 = batas medial tonsil melewati pilar anterior sampai ¼ jarak pilar anterior uvula.•T2 = batas medial tonsil melewati 1/4 jarak pilar anterior-uvula sampai ½ jarak pilar anterior-uvula.•T3 = batas medial tonsil melewati 1/2 jarak pilar anterior-uvula sampai ¾ jarak pilar anterior-uvula.•T4 = batas medial tonsil melewati 3/4 jarak pilar anterior-uvula atau lebih.
Hasil Pengukuran
Grade T1, T2, T3 dan T4.

Definisi Operasional
Hasil belajar setelah mengikuti program pembelajaran yang dinyatakan dengan skor atau nilai.
Cara pengukuran
Indeks belajar Prestasi belajar diukur berdasarkan hasil nilai rapor terakhir (indeks prestasi kumulatif).
Hasil Pengukuran
• Prestasi tinggi (IPK > 2,75)• Prestasi rendah (IPK ≤ 2,75)

Metode Pengumpulan Data
Cara Kerja
1.Pemeriksaan THT rutin terhadap tonsil siswa SD. Alat-alat yang digunakan untuk menentukan diagnosis adalah lampu kepala dan spatula lidah.
2.Pemeriksaan berat badan dan tinggi badan siswa juga dilakukan untuk menilai status gizi siswa dengan rumus Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT).
3.Hasil rapor belajar siswa dikutip dari manajemen sekolah.
