SIMULATION AND MODELING
MULTIPHYSICS SIMULATIONThrough a multi-physics modelling approach, Koord Ltd. canintegrate into the simulation all the main elements of thesystem, thus enabling a representation of all interactionsbetween the mechanical, electrical and regulation modules.At each stage of the development process, we cansubstitute any simulated module with the newlyconstructed element. Using hardware-in-the-looptechnology we can then rapidly assimilate any deviationfrom the simulation.

MECHANICAL DESIGN
MECHANICSKOORD Ltd. is able to design and build mechanisms, assembly groups and custom devices from materials according to the requirements and individual needs of our customers. Our mechanical developments are perfectly optimized to integrate our electronic circuits controlled by our software. Heat dissipation, reliability and the overall performance of our devices benefit from a deep understanding and mastery of all parts of the system.
For us, "mechanical engineering with system" means combining reflection and action, problem analysis in achieving the ideal finished product.

SOFTWARE
SOFTWAREModern electrical systems are built around microcontrollers and other logic units that require the development of specific software.
The development of such a firmware requires a detailed knowledge of the logic units and their dedicated language, as well as the system being controlled and the regulation method. KOORD Ltd. develops specific firmware for different logic units (MCU, DSP, DSC…) for a number of different manufacturers (Texas Instruments, Freescale, Renesas…).

Kim Brugnetti, MSc HES: A number of years of experience in the fields of actuator conception and robotics provide Kim Brugnetti with a large experience in the interaction between mechanical systems and their electronic control. He also masters numerous CAD and mechanical simulation tools as well as the manufacturing processes and techniques used for industrial assembly
